I would use DPS again without hesitation! I emailed Dali at DPS in March '24 to do a loft extension because the previous owner of the house had used him for downstairs work. Within 10 minutes of emailing, he called me and guided me through what needed doing from architects, planning, structural engineers, party wall, and building control. His prompt communication set the tone for the whole project. I have since come to trust Dali completely; he is straightforward, direct, and easy to get along with. There were a few unexpected issues relating to the design which Dali and the guys explained clearly and offered me options and recommendations - exactly what I wanted. The build was complete according to budget (at least, would have been had we not changed our minds!) and ahead of schedule. Lukas, Marius and the guys were all polite, very hardworking, and friendly. One year on, DPS has dealt with snags (there weren't many), no quibbles. We're so happy with the results and I can't recommend DPS enough.
