We have worked with Andrey and Davyd on four projects over the last three years (each with a construction value in excess of £100k) and they have exceeded our expectations each time by delivering our projects on time, on budget and to the right quality. They are very knowledgable, passionate and clearly enjoy what they do and we have no problem in recommending them to our clients.

I am very happy with the service and costs I got from Exacting Standard. I wanted a high-end refurbishment of my two bathrooms, and the guys recommended the design and found the right technical solutions to make it work. They helped me with the supply of everything from the beautiful Spanish tiles to the excellent German hardware at much better prices than the shop. Their work was very precise and of very high quality. In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for.

Exacting Standard was recommended to us by our friends, who had an apartment refurbished by them. We hired them to build an extension and fully refurbish the house that we bought and wanted redone to a high standard. We are extremely happy with the result and the ease of the whole process. The team was very thorough and have a fantastic attention to detail. They were very meticulous in their work, resulting in a very high quality and beautiful finish. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
