Extend House give you the impression they will do a good job, and in fairness some of their primary build work is ok. However there is: - no programme - no customer care We had the team on site for almost a year for works they had originally estimated taking substantially less than that. Snags remain and they continue to break promises of when to return to fix it. Very sad - as they appeared to set out with the right intentions. I hope that they manage to understand the importance of client focus for future clients.

Extend.House did a truly brilliant job on my basement conversion and extension. As people they were a delight to work with - very polite, understanding and good humoured - and as professionals they carried out the job to an exceptional standard, taking great pride in their work and wanting the best outcome for the client. I am extremely grateful for the effort and work that they put into the job, it has totally transformed the basement level of my apartment. Thank you Vasilii and Nick!

I selected EXTEND.HOUSE based on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier with my decision. The work involved creating a downstairs open-plan layout, new flooring and ceilings throughout, new electrics, kitchen fitting and installation of underfloor heating. I was very happy with Nick and Vasilii. Despite my apprehension about starting a project of this scale for the first time, Nick was reassuring, well organised and helped to overcome design challenges by presenting ideas and suggestions, always consulting us before carrying out the work. I would highly recommend EXTEND.HOUSE to prospective clients.

I can't recommend Galkiv Constructions highly enough. They completed our loft conversion to the price they quoted and were transparent on the pricing from the beginning. Their work was completed on time and looks incredible. Thank you !
