It was a pleasure to work with Dioner and his team. They were very polite, professional and hard working. Dioner has excellent communication skills. The quality of the work was outstanding. The cost schedules were always clear and well managed. The team reconfigured our entire ground floor, including adding a WC, underfloor heating and creating large floor to ceiling window openings to the garden. The work also including insulating our side wall and refurbishing the family bathroom. We highly recommend them.

I found Dioner by chance whilst searching for a carpenter to take carpet off our stairs. Once the carpet was removed, the wood underneath then needed sanding, filling and revarnishing. It was a long and tedious job as each stair had to be removed and eventually put back. I found Dioner to be professional, polite and a hard worker. Susie

Avoid at all costs- do not employ this company. Found Conova (Falci) to be incredibly unreliable- poor quality work with constant repairs needed, severely over the timeline and budget.

We worked closely with Dioner and Pamela on a full refurbishment project in North London. They enjoyed taking challenges during the process and the result has been great.

Absolutely would not recommend this builder. We hired them to refinish our bathroom. It was expected to take 4 weeks but instead took 8, with at least 1 week in between where the builder didn't work at all. They sent round a series of unqualified men, many of whom arrived without any tools or just a small paper bag of tools. When they needed tools the owner would purchase them from Screwfix and have them delivered. It was difficult to communicate to the men as they spoke very little english. When we did communicate with them directly we received a nasty phone call from the owner's wife basically telling us off for not communicating with the owner via Whatsapp instead. When the job was 'finished' there were so many issues with the work. Firstly, they did not level the shower tray so it doesn't fully drain, the sealants used were a mess and not done professionally, taps were fitted incorrectly (hot and cold mixed up) and the freestanding bath was not affixed to the floor in any way so easily moved when leaned against, the plastering in places was terrible, the door lock does not align so we can't even use the lock, and so on. They came back to rectify some of the issues but there are still problems. The bath was leaking and we just discovered that the toilet was also leaking. We have had to hire a professional plumber to sort out the issues and he has identified really unprofessional plumbing which he has now fixed!

I've had the pleasant experience of having work done around my house by Diorin, from HOUZ. I found Diorin's attitude most respectful as well as professional. Being a disabled person myself, I felt that he dealt with me with empathy and understanding; and went along with my instructions with a lot of patience, paying special attention to small details in order complete the job with full satisfaction. We are very pleased with how our project turned out. Despite unforeseen circumstances due to multiple lockdowns, the team were very hardworking and willing to work whenever possible. They were all very friendly and polite. Dioner was flexible in the ways he worked, for example using a wait and load skip in order to save our budget, and as a result of local parking restrictions. He was also willing to help us by providing ideas for the project and helping us to source materials when needed. We would be happy to recommend him to do a similar project in the future.
