After much looking about and contemplating between multiple builders, we decided to go with Alex, Mantas and their team for our ground floor single storey extension and internal reconfiguration. We were sooo happy that we did! Alex and Mantas were excellent! We were kept informed at every stage and the teams of builders were phenomenal. They provided us with a high quality finish, helped us overcome a few tricky obstacles and helped us stay within budget which was very important to us. They were reliable, always turned up early and very respectful of our neighbours. We also lived in the property while the work was being done and the team were great at accommodating us and working around us (a family of 5). We would highly recommend Family Developments and would be more then happy to use them for any future work.

Alex and Mantas were great to work with. The project has been finished to a very high standard and they were very helpful in problem solving when the inevitable issues popped up on the project.

We had a full house refurbishment and rear extension done this year (2022). We're very happy with the final product. Alex, Mantas, and team did a great job. Everything was completed on budget (small additional costs but for extra things we wanted), and on time. The whole job took around 5 months (as planned). The team were reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. I'd 100% recommend them.

I’ve been working with Alex and Mantas since start of January on a c.£150k refurbishment, two story side extension, and flat roof rear extension involving significant technical challenges. They and their team have been truly exceptional. Had 4-8 people on site each day, working 6 days a week. Sensible builders who have been accommodating to neighbours and noise. The works have been more challenging that we anticipated (solid concrete foundations for 1.7m) but Alex and Mantas have been true to thier quotation and very reasonable on agreeing changes with me as inevitably have been required. The team are all very professional, tidy and pleasant. They have kept the site very tidy, work incredibly hard, but have a smile on their faces and are welcoming and accommodating. I can’t recommend more highly, and happy to speak to anyone who is considering using Alex and Mantas for any further detail as required/ welcome to come and look around.

Alex, Mantas and their team developed my 1950's chalet bungalow into a modern family home. The build included a complex roof geometry due to the three dormers and gable roof design which looks great with the slate tiles that have been used. Employed to deliver the shell only (foundations, walls, structure, intermediate floor, roof etc), I was happy with the end product. Whilst the initial programme estimate proved to be a challenge the team where very transparent with me along the way. Working in the construction industry, I have high standards which were met upon completion.

Family Developments provide a great service from start to finish. They have in my opinion an excellent team who can deliver a construction project on time and to a high quality build. I have used other construction firms in the past which i have not had such a great experience with. Family developments have executed two builds for me at a fair price and to exacting specifications.

Always on time and very hard working. Respectful and clean and finish to a high standard. Very pleased!

Alexander and his guys did a great job on complete refurbishment of our 1930s semi with garage in St Anns Park road Wandsworth. We converted loft place and garage.Also big changes to exterior. Complete rip out went very smoothly, good communication and sound advice all the way through project. Completion of works happened in first lockdown. Good standard of work and trustworthy, all that is required.

Alexander's team has done a very good work for our side/back house extension. We are very happy with the quality of the work. Their price was reasonable, only a few percent over the original budget. The project was completed within our expected schedule. We would use them again for our ground floor refurbishing work.

Alex did a great job for us. The place was unrecognisable. The transformation was fantastic. Done on budget and on time. Feel very lucky to have found Alex and his team. In particular Victor, who was outstanding.

Alex and his team have done a brilliant job so far. During the early phases of our project he was very patient and had several meetings with us to understand our requirements in greater detail. He was very good at suggesting ways to save cost where possible. He accomodated most of our additional requests as the project went along and helped us to stick to our agreed budget in most cases and wherever there was any increase due to any scope creep or any confusions, it was well explained, and reasonably priced. They been professional, polite and provided a friendly service. The finish has been excellent and any concerns which we had were addressed immediately. Alex had weekly meetings to walk us through the progress and answer all our queries which we may have during our build. He didn't take any upfront deposits and only invoiced us once he had worked for a couple of weeks on our project. This gave us the confidence to hire him without having to part with our cash upfront. We have already recommended him to many of our family and friends and have been lucky to have him manage our job very smoothly and provide a professional service. Both me and my wife work long hours and Alex has been managing our project and his team and kept us in the loop. They been very considerate of our neighbours and have kept the noise to a minimum where possible. Alex has made our dream house a reality. Its been a pleasure dealing with him and his team and I can't recommend him enough
