Team at Fittra possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor: they know their market extremely well; they are diligent, responsive, and yet very understanding with their clients. They are very professional and offer cost saving alternatives when possible. The thing that has impressed me the most is the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of all the workers. Everyone on the team seems to be personally invested in producing quality work and communicating clearly to the customer. From the moment I met the team from Fittra they were professional and 'can-do' - and that spirit helped us all as the build took longer than expected due to the pandemic. Communication was excellent, follow-ups prompt and the standard of workmanship spot-on. This was a significant extension and build project of kitchen, lounge and outdoor areas and I couldn't be happier with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending Fittra if you want a job well done and headaches minimised.

The work that Fittra did for me was a full house renovation - this did not include any new build or extension work but it did include moving a number of internal load bearing walls and extending external openings to install large sliding doors. The work was reasonably complex structurally as the upper floor is steel beam and concrete block construction. Externally all windows and doors were changed, guttering and fascias were changed and a new tiled deck constructed to give an outside/inside feel. Internally, walls were moved, new door openings created or widened to give a modern open plan look and feel. Fittra’s scope included all of the electrical work (AC’s, smart lighting etc) plus all painting, wallpapering and finishing. Fittra had been recommended by my designer, who acted as project manager throughout the build, and I viewed one of their previous projects before appointing them. I had involved an architect previously and we had firm plans on what was required. I really cannnot praise the work that Fittra did highly enough - the quality and finish was absolutely superb. They were very easy to work with and any minor modifications were incorporated without hassle. Fittra took real ownership of the build - really working as a team with the designer and myself to achieve a high quality finish that I am absolutely delighted with. Any snagging was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They take real pride in their work and their employees are talented and hard working - I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

OUTSTANDING service. We had a 3 story, now 4 story terrace house in N.London. Fittra did a full (i) attic conversion (including total removal and replacement of roof with sky lights, new attic bedroom, new attic bathroom, new attic storage space), (ii) substantial internal renovations (including removal and replacement of internal walls, floors and ceilings) and decorations (entire house) (iii) replacement of hot water / heating system, (iv) replacement of bathroom and shower room (including extensive tiling and plumbing), (v) exterior refurbishment and decorations. Their work was: (i) On budget - actually UNDER budget. Even after we inevitably made some changes to the details they did not gouge us for the changes - just said "fine, no extra work for us so same price". (ii) Always on time - if anything, they were ahead of schedule. Any time there was a problem keeping to the schedule, they just added another body or two to catch up. (iii). Excellent quality. All decorations / tiling etc, top quality. Particularly good plumbing / gas / electricity - we have not had a problem in the 3 years since. (iv) Whenever there was an issue (and with a project this big, there will always be issues) they sorted out in under 24 hours. For example - we thought we had a leak one Sunday morning at 7am, and they had their plumber there by 7.50am (it wasn't a leak). (v) Professional. They know their building / plumbing / gas regulations, council permits, etc. They regularly work to standard contracts (RIBA or JCT), they provide properly itemised bills with invoices to support, and they work well with others (e.g. architects, council inspectors, etc.). I could not recommend highly enough

Fittra completed a rear extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment of our house in Ealing late last year. This included new bathrooms, heating system (including underfloor heating), electrics and plumbing. When obtaining quotes, Fittra's prices were in the middle of the three companies who came back to us with costs, but the fact that it was fully itemised (unlike the other costs we received) gave us piece of mind that we knew exactly what we were getting for our money. We also felt that this made it less likely that there would be hidden costs and extras. The timing could not have been worse for our project as it started just as the Covid pandemic began to take hold in 2020, but Fittra kept us up to date with what was happening whilst having to contend with restrictions and difficulties in obtaining materials. In some cases it was costing Fittra more to bring in materials from further afield as local suppliers ran out of stock. Fittra absorbed these costs and there was no expectation for us to pay more than we had been quoted. We made minor alterations along the way with moving walls and removing an additional chimney breast but the price still came in exactly at what was initially quoted. Fittra's level of workmanship is extremely high and we are very happy with our finished home. We could not have asked for more and have already recommended Fittra to friends and family who are considering their own works.

We have used Fittra for 3 private construction jobs now and have been extremely happy with their work every time. The quality and speed of their work was faultless and we found the price fair and competitive. We did a kitchen extension in a listed building, a full house renovation including structural changes, and complex exteria ground work. All was signed off by the council with no problems.

We did our house fully renovation last year July 2019 - December 2019 with Fittra. We are very pleased with the results - our new kitchen (rear extension with lantern roof light), loft conversion, hardwood flooring, underfloor heating, tiling and etc.. Ivan and his team are truly professional. They finished the job with timely manner and customer satisfaction. Their breakdown quotes are easy to understand and easy to work with. I hired Fittra Construction who were recommended by a friend to carry extensive work on my front and back gardens and am extremely happy with the job they did. Igor came round to quote and I was impressed with his knowledge and manner which gave me confidence in Fittra. He was professional and with his experience helped in guiding me on some key decisions. His workforce were polite and carried out the work efficiently monitored by frequent visits by Igor which gave me a chance to go through the schedule of work with him. These were ticked off and paid as they were completed. I would also comment that his workforce were courteous and very tidy. I'm happy to say the work was carried out during the time frame and within budget. We are now using them for some internal works.

I have worked with Fittra over the last few years and have found them committed to providing excellent service & value for money. The quantity of there work is excellent but the key to success is the clear monitoring of cost and progress.

We have worked with Fittra on many occasion and are always extremely impressed by their quality of work as well as their site cleanliness and team. Most recently working in Maidenhead on a complete renovation, Fittra were able to go through our plans, ideas and requests to complete a stunning transformation which the client is very impressed with. Nothing was every too much of an ask which as designers we can ask a lot!
