House Construction have completed a superb building project at our Edwardian semi-detached Brighton home. We are so delighted with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail from the House team. Throughout the project, John and Jake kept us up to date with what was going on and helped us tremendously whenever a decision needed to be made. They were also keen to ensure all loose ends were tied up, so that we were completely satisfied. We could not have expected any better in terms of quality of work and professionalism. Will 100% recommend and use again if the need arises. Fantastic.

We did an extension and house refurb with House and short answer is we absolutely loved working with them and would wholeheartedly recommend. They have very high standards and Luke and John both have a very design minded approach which has meant that they expect and appreciate a high quality finish which has been visible throughout. We did have delays but all were things out of their/ our control: lockdown, COVID/ Brexit supply issues. Communication has been excellent throughout. Probably one of their strongest points as a company! I think we’ve met the majority of the House team at different stages too and I haven’t met a single person who has been anything but polite and respectful. Really nice guys all round. We also found the trades they use and any recommendations they had to be of exceptional quality too. They have all been a pleasure to have around. We would wholeheartedly recommend House. And that’s after taking on a build while pregnant (and after having a baby) during a pandemic! They’ve genuinely made it as stress free as possible.

House Construction is a different breed of builders, one you actually look forward to seeing in your home and one that actually delivers what they say they will and on time. Their standard of work can not be matched here in Brighton. I am a fussy lady and they have always been able to help. I have recommended them several times and people have always been happy. They seem to know that the devil is in the detail.

Outstanding from start to finish. The guys at House overcame any issues with ease, were completely collaborative, highly skilled and blew my impression of the construction/renovation industry out of the after. I can’t recommend them enough.
