Ivan and his team recently completed a full bathroom renovation including a new layout and fixture& fittings with a bespoke sink and vanity unit to fit the space. We were really pleased with the results and would happily recommend them. Ivan works in a very customer focused and collaborative way, remained flexible throughout the project to changes that we wanted to make, offering solutions and suggestions along the way. He paid close attention to detail to deliver a high standard of finish. Ivan was always committed to ensure the work was complete and snag free and that we were 100% happy. As an added bonus his team were very polite and courteous to have in the house which was a great benefit when working from home.

Ivan and the team at ID Building & Construction renovated our Victorian terraced house in 2015-2016. We are very happy with our ‘new’ open plan home. The team were polite and friendly. Ivan keeps his team working hard and fast but ensures high standards of work. We found it extremely reassuring that Ivan confidently and competently managed any issues that came up during the build. He worked well with our architect. He always had the detailed plans to hand to refer to on any and every occasion. Ivan has a problem solving attitude and thought through any solutions with us when necessary. We would be sure to choose Ivan again if we needed more building work and we are confident to recommend him.

Ours was a huge project, involving total refurbishment,including loft conversion, of a derelict house which had been left empty for a couple of years: gaping roof, walls cracked and structurally defective (requiring taking down, new ties and rebuilding), windows falling out, structural defects, dodgy electrics, almost no plumbing, no kitchen, no heating etc. Ivan took it all in his stride and was reassuring in his manner. Of course we discovered problems during the course of the work, but Ivan and his excellent team were never fazed and were always able to sort them out to our satisfaction. We found him to be totally professional, honest and reliable. He turned up when he said he would, and kept in touch all the way through, discussing issues with us and giving us the options. He priced up fairly and always checked with us regarding possible extra expenditure. We paid exactly what we had agreed, and only a minimum up front (e.g. for skips, materials etc). The end result is terrific - a lovely home with mod cons but preserving original features. Of course there have been a few snags, but Ivan has been straight back to sort them out without any quibbles. We are very pleased with the quality of the work.Ivan's team are a bunch of really nice fellas, and Ivan himself in a really pleasant bloke. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ID Building and Construction LTD.

Ivan Review Ivan and his team at ID Building and Construction renovated our maisonette flat in Wapping from start to finish. The work involved demolition of internal walls to create a downstairs open-plan layout, new flooring and ceilings throughout, new electrics, kitchen fitting and installation of underfloor heating. The project also involved creation of bespoke fitted furniture, including a custom designed workspace with shelving, a hallway closet, a dining seating area with built-in storage, a biofuel fireplace and bedside drawers. 
I was very happy with Ivan and his team. Despite my apprehension about starting a project of this scale for the first time, Ivan was reassuring, well organised and helped to overcome design challenges by presenting ideas and suggestions, always consulting us before carrying out out the work. I also had the opportunity to visit another of his projects during construction and I could see the quality of his work before starting. Credit also to my friend Angela Schmidt, who produced the initial design for the project, which Ivan perfectly executed. After obtaining several quotes for a big project, full 4 bedroom refurbishment, removal of two structural walls, installation of a kitchen+utility room,rewiring,painting and building of extension, we decided to go with ID Building and Construction LTD. Ivan is very polite, respectful and hard-working individual.He was passionate, gave us advice and ideas and after listening to what we wanted, he brought all the materials (tiles,bathroom sanitarywere,kitchen,floor etc) to the house for us to choose from. His quote was very competitive. I have a very busy job and I was lucky to have Ivan who save me much time, as he ordered all the materials himself, managed to arrange many administrative work,etc. Ivan did also some mini extra's which could cost extra few hundreds more with out asking for extra cost. Ivan and his team were able to carry out all the work within reasonable time and they managed to keep the site clean. I would highly recommend ID Building and Construction LTD ,as they are really professionals. I will also use him again for any job in future and I will recommend him to all friends.

Ivan and his team were excellent throughout the project, with Ivan foreseeing potential problems and constantly being proactive. I worked with ID Building over a 9 month period and would work with them again. This was a complicated build, working from detailed architect/ structural engineer drawings including a glass extension and green roof. and a complete gutting of the existing structure, rewiring new kitchen and bathrooms. From inception through to completion and follow-on snagging Ivan and his team worked incredibly hard, with care and attention to the budget. I was always able to discuss any concerns, and crucially he would alert me immediately to any issues that occurred during the build that could result in delay or extra cost. The schedule of works was adhered to creating clarity about where we were up. Delays occurred off site due to external suppliers but this was always well managed to ensure the least disruption to the build.ID Building are a good, well led competitively priced building team.

We hired ID Building and Construction LTD to complete a full refurbishment of our 3 bedroom house .The works included a new kitchen, bathroom, electrical rewiring,plastering,bespoke furniture, carpet and decorating throughout. Ivan, who runs ID Building and Construction LTD, was friendly and professional throughout the project. Of all the contractors we initially met Ivan gave us the most confidence that he could do the job, do it well and on time. The quote he gave us was very clear and thorough. It even included suggestions on how we could save money! Throughout the refurbishment Ivan was very easy to work with, offering advice, suggestions and excellent project management. He gave us frequent updates via Whatsapp and sent lots of photos to show the works that had been completed, which we found very beneficial. Ivan and his team have proven to be a skilful and entirely trustworthy tradesmen. The work carried has been of a great standard with plenty of attention to detail. We would without hesitation recommend ID Building and Construction LTD hope to work with him on our future projects.

Ivan and his team are amazing. Super professional and very transparent with all costings. The work they carried out was to an incredibly high standard and Ivan himself with manage the project and keep in touch with you at every step, conducting constant quality control checks with you at every stage. The Project was completed on time and on budget- and they guys worked extremely fast. The quality of the work and craftsmanship has ensured that the re-sale value of the property has increased hugely- and any and all deliveries of furniture and moving of household items was done by the team whilst I was away at work for the duration of the build. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We can't recommend Ivan and the lads at ID Building & Construction highly enough. Throughout the process from quote to completion, he was friendly, informative and most importantly highly skilled and knowledgeable. His attention to detail and quality of finish was one of the most impressive aspects of his work, you felt like he was working on his own house. The investment in the project was not insignificant and the objective was to provide the space and luxury for our new family and he delivered on this and then some! We are over the moon with the finished result!
