We've had the pleasure of working with In&Out Projects Ltd on various projects and have enjoyed being the source for all their bathroom requirements. An absolute pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing our relationship in the near future.

We hired In & Out Projects to design and lanscape our back garden. From the initial meeting right through to completion, the team were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Segiy and Dina oversaw the project continuously and communicated any developments to us every step of the way. We really liked them as people and trusted them completely. They are total experts and offered us plenty of advice and often going above and beyond what was originally agreed. The end result was an unrecognisable transformation from our old garden which looked like a building site to one that we are completely in love with. We wholeheartedly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We hired In & Out following a recommendation. From the get go, the team were professional, punctual and had the knowledge and skills to deliver what we dreamed. We worked with the team on both our front and back gardens including design and full landscaping. We have a Georgian property so this project wasn’t just about the aesthetics but also respecting the heritage of the house whilst making it more contemporary AND working within council regs. They were open to our ideas but also honest in adding or adapting our thoughts to make them work. The owners were on site checking in regularly and the team on the ground were hard working and respectful. Having the same group of people on site with George in charge meant that there was clear direction at all times, which instilled us with confidence. Working with a company that can help from design to completion including full project management is priceless. We had our first BBQ in the garden on Easter Sunday and it was slightly emotional – the space and design is perfect for us and brought pure joy to everyone. We used In & Out Projects to design and build a beautiful rear garden. We are very much looking forward to the warm weather arriving so we can make full use of our new space. We worked closely with Sergiy and Dina who made the whole process as easy as possible.

Contacted In&Out to fully landscape our garden. I had a rough design already which Sergiey and Dina improved upon. They advised on materials and planting, listened to what we were after and advised accordingly. The job was fairly extensive with raised beds, paving, decking and artificial grass. We live in a terrace house so everything came through the house. The Guys did a great job of protecting the house and kept the place tidy throughout the build. The job encountered some bad weather so had some delays but Serge kept us informed of progress throughout and kept to the fixed price. Overall everyone we dealt with from In&Out were polite, courteous and professional and wanted to get things done right and to a very high quality with a great eye for detail. I'm very happy with the final garden and would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed working with IN&OUT Projects! I thought it will be very difficult for me to do the refurbishing of this rundown place because I didn't have much knowledge and experience for it. In fact it all went quite the opposite. Serge (director of the company) made it very easy for me by listening carefully all my ideas and suggestions for design and materials, respectfully advising and giving practical insights along the way, as well as meeting my standards for the works. The whole team is a bunch of nice hard-working people, who take care of your place as their own. Professional, accurate, clean, respectful and never fail on deadlines. Very helpful and efficient. Complete bathroom refurbishment following a leak in the shower unit. The team was there when needed and the solutions found to keep the costs down of the refurbishment were all in consultation with me. I really liked the careful attitude to my needs and requests and respect they shown to me and my property whilst the work was carried out.
