“As a designer of luxury additions and kitchens, I prefer to recommend the general contractor so I know my client will get top notch treatment. There are a few great ones in this town. But in this case the client brought the contractor in, and what a pleasant surprise it has been! Brian Oltmanns and his project manager Mike have been wonderful to work with. The level of communication between them and the clients, who naturally are inquisitive about a process of which they know little, has been fantastic. Their subcontractors are excellent. “Pedro and his team removed a 50 year old faux ceiling in the guest room in my century old bungalow, added furring strips and installed new drywall. Then... they mudded and painted the new ceiling and installed a new ceiling fan for me... in about 36 hours so that my guest room was ready for guest prior to the Indianapolis 500. Quick, flawless execution--at a very reasonable price. I was impressed and so happy with the result, I invited them back to paint the interior of the small house with the same result. They did a great job. I would have them back again and again! :)”
