Josh and his team undertook some fairly extensive renovations of our 2 bedroom property in some quite challenging circumstances particularly with supply chain issues associated with COVID and also high demand for tradespeople. The work involved a range of activities including replastering, rewiring and upgrade of boiler and heating system. There was also some minor internal modifications including creation of an ensuite as well as fitting of kitchen and bathrooms, installation of new flooring, a new glass balustrade and loft reconfiguration. New word work was required throughout as was additional cabinetry and carpentry. Josh is a decent, easy going and easy to get on with chap. Communication throughout the project was excellent (we were not based locally during the build) and Josh was extremely transparent with budget and costings - providing us with a high degree of confidence that finances were under control. The standard of the work was exceptional and Josh always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the finishes. He was also very fair when there were unexpected issues that needed resolving. There were challenges along the way in terms of timelines which in some cases could on reflection have been managed better from the outset however overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Josh for work of this nature in the future.

Josh has advised me on several projects in the last few years. I have always found his advice to be money-saving and effective! Having only used J White Developments for smaller projects, the attention to detail has been great.

I have used J White Developments a few times now. Josh is completely trustworthy, professional in his approach, has bags of energy and has a lovely eye for detail and design. Josh and his team have carried out extensive repair, redecoration and general maintenance on the exterior of the converted country house in which I live and also similar work on the inside of my apartment within the house. Throughout the years I have known him he has ben unfailingly hard-working, diligent and reliable, producing and excellent standard of workmanship.

I've used J White Developments for a number of years. The projects have been varied in size and type but have always been done well and at a reasonable cost. The owner, Josh, has an extensive understanding of the building trade and has been able to advise and recommend solutions for every problem I have given him. He has always kept me informed on costs and timings and comes in on budget unless we agree changes. When he has used sub-contractors he has always overseen their work to make sure it is up to standard. Examples of larger projects: Lifting and re-laying the stone terrace around the property.
