Kind Construction renovated our bathroom and did an amazing job. They cleverly upcycled an old chest of drawers into a bespoke vanity unit with counter top basin, fitted our new free standing bath and shower, installed a timber clad feature wall, renovated our floor and added recessed shelves made from old scaffold boards. The bathroom looks great! From start to finish the team were brilliant, great communication, very professional and all work was completed to a high standard. We are very happy with the results. We recommend Kind Construction very highly!

We have converted two old cottages into one by removing a wall and creating a new stairwell. Kind Construction did the structural work, plastering and flooring. The standard of work was good, we are very pleased with our new kitchen/dining room. Everyone working at Kind is lovely, friendly and helpful

I was very fortunate to be recommended Kind Construction for the renovation and restoration of my cottage in Lewes. From the very beginning, they understood and were sympathetic to the project. Their sustainable and ethical way of working married perfectly with the needs of an older property (and one, which hadn’t seen much care or repair in many years). They correctly diagnosed and successfully dealt with major damp issues, adjusting the ground levels and providing beautiful lime plaster and mortar work to allow the building to ‘breathe’ again. They really worked with the building and myself. Accommodating and finding fantastic solutions to unexpected issues, presented by the house along the way. Always professional and with excellent communication throughout. With a brilliantly skilled, enthusiastic and hard working team. They really made the project a success and my house a home. We met Kind Construction when they did the renovation work for our new kitchen. They did such a fantastic job that we have used them for various projects since. They are unfailingly efficient, great company and offer very good value for money. They come when they say they will, always leave everything tidy and never leave a job unfinished. Kind did a really excellent job of renovating the basement in our Victorian house, fixing several sash windows, replacing various pipes and re-rendering an outside wall. They insulated the basement floor, sorted a damp problem and installed wood fibreboard insulation on the inside walls. They did a fantastic job using sustainable products, and the house is so much warmer and drier as a result. As the name suggests, they were also kind, considerate and a real pleasure to have around the house. Highly recommended - and they're already doing various projects for several neighbours too!

Kind Construction recently finished a major project on our Edwardian home: moving walls, removing a chimney breast, and installing steels and large bespoke sliding doors to create a new kitchen/ diner and utility and shower room. We have been extremely impressed with the quality of the work and are very happy with our new kitchen. Their employees were all very polite and hard-working and communication about the project was great. We would definitely recommend them to others!
