We chose Lee Metters of MAV Building Services from a selection of three builders proposed by our architect 10 years ago and could not have been happier with our choice. He and his men did a superb job on building a back extension on our bungalow which was definitely not straightforward, along with hard landscaping in the back garden. The works took around 6 months during which time I visited the property on and off every few weeks - I knew they would get the job done without constant supervision. We had every confidence in their skills and since 2009 Lee has always been happy to return to sort out any additional requirements in the house - we have had no experience of any other builder in Cornwall but of course there's been no need! Lee has plenty of initiative and thinks outside the box - always ready with suggestions rather than just taking instructions. We have recommended him to a considerable number of friends in the area, all of whom have been delighted with his work - and work ethic. No hesitation in giving him 5+ stars!

This was a quality house extension involving a number of trades. The job was carried out effectively and efficiently. The MAV team was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to others.
