New Build and Renovations fitted one of our kitchens in Upwood, Cambridgeshire. It was fitted to the highest standard and showed great workmanship. Hope to work with again and would highly recommend to anyone.

We have had the pleasure to work with Steve at New Builds and Renovations on a number of projects, catering to their audio/Visual requirements for their own projects and their customers. Steve’s vision and flair for a project, and the workmanship that he, and his team put in to make sure that each aspect of their project runs smoothly and, in turn, is finished to a high standard shows in the final product. Be it a simple bathroom refit or a full house build from the ground up, they are always thinking of new ideas and designs that are beneficial to their customers’ needs that without knowledge, the customer may not have thought of. They use interesting, exciting products and materials and always look to provide their buyers with good quality equipment that’s from well-known brands while offering their clients a great all round package with no corners cut. We as a company have been fussy with who we use as suppliers and whose name we are happy to be associated with in the building of our systems and what standard we look to achieve in our finish product and I would have no issues recommending them to family and friends. So much so, that I’ve asked the team to help with building my father’s house!

Conversion of 1875 barn to create an annexe. Professional company providing a high standard of workmanship throughout. Excellent aftercare, polite and 'thinks outside the box'. Both punctual and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and I would definitely use again.

Having used this company now for the third time, I can whole heartedly recommend them without hesitation. Very competitively priced and they listen to your wants and needs without trying to upsell to something you don't need or require. Always on time so very reliable and I was always updated with progress and change of costs, was even refunded on one quotation as less materials were required! Top job, well done.

Nothing was too much trouble for Steve and the team. They were very accommodating, even with changes to the original plan. Very reasonably priced and working to a high standard. Would highly recommend the Newbuild team and definitely use them again for future work. I'm now looking forward to some sunshine so I'm able to enjoy my new decking!

In December 2013 I hired this company to repair may garage roof, which was leaking. The repairs were done is a very professional way and the estimate was accurate in costing the job. I was very pleased & satisfied with the completed work and would highly recommend this company. Roger Gretton

New Build and Renovations are fantastic business to deal with. Headed up by Steve the company are extremely professional, efficient and very clean and tidy on site. They have now carried out several jobs for us including replacing two small windows with French doors which involved cutting out openings into old render and fitting skirting boards through out the property. The work was carried out to a high standard and the staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with, keeping us fully updated on progress and sharing sensible cost effective options when problems with the building structure (it is a timber framed building) were uncovered having stripped the plasterboard off. If you want an honest, professional company that wont rip you off to carry out work for you, we would defiantly recommend you give them a call.
