GB provided a competitive quote and were engaged. In addition a new drive - new fitted kitchen - and new bathroom were supplied and fitted. GB worked to independent architects drawings. The architect sorted out the planning permission but GB sorted out the building regs. GB project managed the whole process discussing and coming up with ideas as the project evolved. All trades people were provided by Green Bird. In effect the full home improvement service. GB maintained constant contact specifying which tradesmen would be turning up and when. We were not left in limbo at any time! The quality of the work was excellent. Any building work causes anxiety but was much alleviated by the quality of the service offered by GreenBird.
