Having never undertaken any major building work previously, we were very keen to find the right builder for us. We have two small children so needed to ensure that we were completely happy with the builders as the work would span some weeks. When we met Nicky we knew he was someone we could work with, discuss our requirements with and trust to help us create our vision. From the word go Nicky, Tony, Rich and Dom were brilliant - professional and reliable. They really have done a great job on our single storey extension and new kitchen and really have transformed our house. Their experience was invaluable when we hit a couple of snags or when we wanted some advice and nothing was too much trouble. The kids keep asking when they’re coming back! Honestly can’t recommend Oakwater highly enough.

Nicky and his team were extremely professional, clean and tidy and more importantly trustworthy from start to finish. We are a crematorium in the Vale of Glamorgan. Nicky and his team built us an external toilet block consisting of two fully furnished separate toilets, one accessible. Owing to the nature of our business, Nicky had to work with and around us to ensure full respect to our families at all times, and this was done with ease. Would highly recommend Oakwater for any size project.

Nicky and his team have transformed our townhouse master bedroom by adding an ensuite. His work has been faultless, the communication was excellent throughout even with my very silly questions. These guys are honestly incredible and even very clean! I was a bit worried about living in the house with building going on but I barely noticed it. Even with problems with products I ordered arriving damaged didn't put the guys off. Instead of it being a problem with the timescale they actually helped us get it resolved with the companies. As a perfectionist myself it is always with some trepidation when I engage the services of others. However when I first met Nicky in relation to a bathroom refurb I immediately knew I was in a safe pair of hands. And I wasn’t wrong! He did an amazing job in creating my dream bathroom. I just loved it! So when we moved house recently and decided to have a new bathroom, cloakroom , fitted kitchen and new internal doors it was a no brainer who I would ask to do the work.....Oakwater Interiors ! I know before he and his team start that I will be a very satisfied client once again. It is also such a pleasure to have Nicky in our home. He and his team are worthy of more than 5 stars and I can’t recommend them highly enough

Nicky and the team were so respectful of my needs and my obsession for it to be a clean job as I hate mess! We invited more than 7 or 8 builders to give us a quote for our one storey extension and we'd made up our minds within 30 seconds that most of them weren't the right builders for us. With Nicky, it was the opposite and we knew from the off that he was the right builder. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all a perfectionist which clearly came across, and nothing less than a perfect job would do for him. Nicky gave us confidence and delivered on his promises, was reliable (very rare in this trade!) and throughout the whole process he kept us updated, explained what was going on and only charged us as each stage of the process was completed with a clear breakdown. He went out of his way on several occasions to save us money (he's as honest as the day is long) and finished the job on time to an exceptional standard. I honestly can't recommend him enough. Tradesmen like Nicky and his fantastic team really are rare diamonds and if you use them, you won't be disappointed.
