Masoud and his team removed an internal wall and fixed an RSJ (and did a few other jobs while they were there). They were a pleasure to deal with. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. I was dreading the dust-cleaning at the end of he work, but I needn’t have, as they cleaned it all up and put all the furniture back. I would have no hesitation in recommending them - first class. Linda

We needed work doing on our house and Pamas was recommended by a previous client. We had several rooms redecorated and re-plastered, new flooring, some new windows, fitted made-to-measure wardrobes and some external work. We were delighted with the result. Masoud and his team were conscientious, professional and polite workers at all times and the work was finished to a high standard. The price was reasonable and a very detailed quote was provided. I will definitely use Pamas again and am happy to recommend them.

Masoud and his friendly team at Pamas were always professional, hard working and left everything clean and tidy. They came up with some great design ideas and the work they did turned my house into a home. I received the most detailed estimate I have ever seen which was kept to more or less - and any changes were always discussed with me before doing. They were always on site - no starting a job and then going off to finish someone else's as I've had with other companies in the past. They kept to their time frame and their work was excellent quality. They did decorating, transformed my loft from a storage dump into a lovely spare room, fitted a new ceiling and did lots of little extras that make all the difference. I have recommended them to friends and family and would always use them in the future.

I have used Pamas Property Services for the renovation of my flat with a number of projects over the years, including a new roof terrace, new bathroom, wood flooring, central heating system replacement and complete redecoration throughout and am very happy with the results. From design consultation through to work completion they provide realistic timescales, pragmatic advice and good after service.

I needed a new kitchen floor and got 3 quotes. Pamas Property services gave me a reasonable and explicit quote for the work to be done. They did such a fantastic job, when my bathroom needed refurbishing I had no hesitation in going back to Pamas Property services. Fair clean and good quality of workmanship.
