Established in 1983, Parker Developments is a family business based in Kingston. Since its inception the company has built up a reputation for building both quality new homes, refurbishments and extending existing buildings. Parker Developments have carried out 3 major refurbishment projects for us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. All work is carried out by top class specialists - the work is completed to the highest standards by charming tradesmen - and they finish on time. The projects were well also very well managed and competitively priced. As I say I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and they will be working for us again soon when we start our next project.

Having tendered competitively, Martin managed our relatively complex roof extension on time and on budget. In spite of removing the roof and breaking through the ceiling to fit the staircase, we did not have to move out. All issues arising (they were very few) were dealt with great professionalism by Martin and his team and led to a better final solution. He always listened to us and his team always worked considerately and tidily. We subsequently recommended Martin to two close friends who reported back favourably.

Parker Developments provided my family and I with a professional, friendly and extremely efficient service. It was the first time we used them and we would definitely use them again. We had our house completely renovated. We moved out! The roof was removed. Walls knocked down. Pipes and wires replaced! Our house re built and the end result - splendid. It was a huge project. Hard work for all involved. Builders, architect, designer and ourselves. Parker Development assisted us at every turn - we knew we were in safe hands.
