I suddenly got informed that I had to move to another country because of my job. Worked with Powerpillar previously and with my experience with them, I requested if they will manage my fully furnished home. They asked to give them one month to get a reliable and responsible person for the home. Within 2 weeks, they contacted me that found someone on agreed price. I’m really happy as the rent is coming in and my home is intact. One smart choice is that Powerpillar is a construction company. No need to go looking for a builder or a handyman whenever any problem arises and in the same price. Thank you David and co.

Always available and reliable Dealt with Powerpillar.... They are always available and with immediate response when called back for minor things. The team renovated our our newly bought home. Ready and started in few weeks after viewing the job and sending their price. The price was perfectly with our budget and there was no surprises as we were expecting. No. They have ideas and solutions to every of our suggestions. How we were updated every now and then with pictures and WhatsApp message was really amazing since were not living London during the work. Not very complex project for them. They have top notch and clean tools and work crews. All the work was done in a shorter period than we expected, nothing left hanging. The best part about the work was the fact they were fast, reliable, clean and open to suggestions and ideas. The project manger was nothing but helpful and trustworthy. We will be doing our garage conversion with Powerpillar Ltd. Very positive experience. Recommended

While still in the lock down during covid19 and everybody was working from home. We have been thinking of refurbishing and redesigning of our office space. After getting various quotes, we decided to go with Powerpillar Ltd. Excellent ideas and experience. Expert in what they do from the beginning. The job was finished on time and within budget. Communication and understanding was excellent. Highly recommended.

Recommended! Recommended!! Recommended!!! We were left in ruins and construction site with 2 little children from a former scam called builder. Powerpillar was one of them that quoted for the job earlier but because of our budget and mostly of their availability, we weren't able to go with them. We got back to them and explained what had happened. They were happy to continue the job seeing the condition of of our home. The director and management are kind and friendly. They also offered to pick our kids from school and watch them while we were at work, since we ran out of holiday times and no more working from home. To keep up with our cost John and his team got the loft ready for us to move in and live temporarily from Airbnb. The job was quick as we didn't believe it when they said how long it will take. Other builders were saying double the times but these guys have huge team. Start work early till late. Worked also on weekends. Thank you very much team. Highly recommended.

Valentine and his team completed our house renovation. Emmanuel, the project manager, regularly stopped by to check in on the status. He always communicated with us from time to time about the project and if we have issues or questions. The teams and sub contractors are really great. Powerpillar services, communications, respect, follow through is the best we have experienced. Their work and work ethic is excellent! They are professional, knowledgeable, enjoyable and trustworthy individuals to work with. They have been invaluable in providing recommendations for finishes and of course delivering an absolutely top of the line house renovation. It is fantastic. Highly recommended! We worked with Powerpillar (Nathan) on our home renovation. We added 700 sq ft and basically changed the entire layout of the original floorplan. Throughout all of this, Nathan and Emmanuel was able to help us make crucial decisions by explaining the pros and cons of many of our options. They built very high expectations during the process. Even though there was many issues caused by Covid, the team did a fantastic job on our house. The attention to detail taken by the team is unmatched. They were willing to work with us on new ideas that we had randomly researched. As with any massive construction project, there are always unexpected costs and complications but Powerpillar made it easy to adjust the final plans. My #1 highlight is the service we received, from first steps of design and shopping all the way to cleaning the entire house in the end , you can easily see that Powerpillar teams been doing it for very long time. It's going to take a while as we need a huge rest from this project but we will definitely work with Powerpillar in the future. Thank you to the entire Powerpillar teams!!

Steve from Powerpillar builders is very professional and trustworthy . Benny and his team are very honest and professional and from my perspective ; they are excellent listeners and value my opinions. I truly appreciate their work ethic and I would hire them again in a heart beat. My project was major and took about 4 months but it was worth every bit of it and we were RIGHT ON SCHEDULE !

My partner and I would definitely recommend the Powerpillar team for high quality refurbishment work. They fully refurbished our house, and this work included carpentry, new boiler and radiators, doorframes and skirting, as well as installing a new kitchen and bathroom. The team of skilled workmen were all well organised and extremely reliable. They paid lots of attention to detail and they got job finished incredibly quickly, which was very important to us. We couldn't be more happy with how great they have made the house look! We are very happy with there process. Quoted for our first house renovation and with next month availability, we agreed and handed them the spare keys. Unbelievably, we visited on the weekend after the start of the job, so much was done already. 4 weeks was like 4 days because they have got the right people. Highly recommended.
