R Rawlins is a professional building company offering the full range of building services for renovations/alterations which my Husband required when we moved into the area. We didn’t know any professional companies who could do any work to our home. I found R Rawlins on ‘Checkatrade’ who were local. We met Simon Toone from R Rawlins who was polite, friendly and offered the full building services we wanted. Their quotes were competitive. R Rawlins rebuilt our bedroom/ensuite rooms. Tackled and rebuilt our kitchen wall to house a pocket door. A new venture for them! I have assurance that if I wanted to discuss any new work and existing work done, Simon Toone was on hand to discuss or would contact me as soon as possible. R Rawlins are to do more work for us. Demolishing walls in our family bathroom, rebuilding new ones, and installing new units. Simon Toone oversees the project and his work force, again, very polite, tidy and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
