We are also a socially responsible company, committed to National Living Wages and the National Minimum Wage as well as ensuring our waste is disposed of legally with a minimum impact on the environment and the planet. Also, the company regards health and safety at its core, therefore, has public liability insurance of up to £5 Million and we ensure that all the requirements are adhered to. To successfully manage and deliver our project/work we apply Prince2 and Agile Project Management Methodologies. The methodologies aid our clients and us with clarity and transparency every step of the way to avoid any ambiguity. We believe in excellent communication, the key to success and to prevent any last minute surprises. Throughout the life of the project we will use tools such as project plans/dashboard reporting, this is to keep you abreast of what has been completed, on track and scheduled. Other tools such as risk and issue log, as well as snagging list are used to manage risk, track and report on progress.
