I used S & B Building Services to renovate my home, after residing at this property for over 10 years. Sinan and his team have done a fantastic job renovating my home - 2 years on, the work is faultless and I'm still receiving compliments from friends and family! The works completed included the installation of underfloor heating, new lighting, marble flooring and the fitment of two new bathrooms. The team were always on time, kept the place tidy, and communicated the project standing effectively. They were also courteous, well informed and a delight to speak to, especially when I needed their advice. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

As Sanli Design Ltd, S&B Building services has provided very reliable and quality services to us for residential and retails project. We have completed number of KFC and Pizza Hut projects as well as, house extensions and conversion works. S&B was always on budged and time frame. Did not charge us for extras for small and quick works on daily bases. I still employ S&B services on my projects.
