Wanted to leave a review for Shak and his team based on the work he did for us. I needed various aspects of my house building work completed, both small and large in scope. I've detailed below the work we undertook and what I thought. His skill set from what I could see ranges from many trades (a testament to his builders IQ) including plumbing, bricklaying, plastering among among others. He was punctual & polite. Bathrooms Fully renovated both bathrooms, Shak did the full teardown, followed by extensive plumbing on the new sink, bathtub and the towel rail. He also did all the tiling on both walls and floors. His work was very professional and clean, I must confess the level of accuracy and professionalism he demonstrated was what anyone could ask for. Not a quality you can easily find in this trade! Doors + Frames Installed full oak doors and the respective door frames. He did over 3 new door frames and 8 doors in total with handles, hinges and full measurements done to the millimeter. Excellent work. Roof Apex Fixed Our last builders (Kingfisher) left us in a bind with poor and shoddy workmanship in various areas of the house. So we had Shak and his team rectify this for us. The roof was of particular note. He completed the cutting correctly and managed to get our roof looking very well done, as opposed to the mess the last guys left us in.
