Very thoughtful and respectful builders, made sure our extension building disruption was kept to the minimum as we lived in the house throughout. Reasonably priced and built to great standard, we are very happy we chose SPS for our project.

Smart My wife and I have recently had Smart Property Solutions finish our open plan kitchen living area extension, and I have not one bad word to say from start to finish. Ilya and his team have been outstanding. Being in construction myself and taking on some of the work at the start of the project, I needed someone who I trusted would deliver everything that we’d set out to achieve. They have done just that, from project managing, to building the extension, which required installing a very big chunk of steel, and all of the finishing touches. Ilya and his team are helpful, hard working and punctual. They have an eye for detail and are clean and tidy. They worked with our kitchen designers and fitters to make sure the whole process went smoothly. The details and deadline that had been set out were all met within budget and materials arrived on time. Smart Property Solutions price was competitive and I’d never go with a different set of builders for any future projects. We are so happy with the outcome of the project and couldn’t recommend them enough, 5 star service and workmanship, use this company, they have you covered.

Smart property Solutions took my project in a professional, timely manner (new bathrooms, painting & design, laminate flooring, redesign of fireplace, newly built in book shelf and other handy jobs). Ilya is a very polite and patient person, went above and beyond with our project. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, very reasonable with his rates too. Smart Property Solutions completed our single storey extension. They began in September 2020 and completed the work Christmas Eve - on time and on budget. Lee, who manages and oversees the work has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist. He made recommendations along the way which really helped us decide on final interior finishes. Communication was brilliant. Messages were responded to immediately and phone calls each day for an update on the work. We had kitchen fitters and heating company who had to work with Smart Property Solutions. Whilst more than one contractor on site is usually a terrible idea, Lee was professional, flexible and went above and beyond to ensure they were happy on site. They all said that they would work with Lee again. We were first time homeowners and really uncertain about having to deal with builders but Lee was more than happy to explain each step and support when needed. He employs some of the hardest workers I ever seen, they never seemed to stop. If you are unsure and want to see what these guys can produce, more than happy to show you round the extension. I can't recommend Lee highly enough - we now consider him our family builder and he is currently working on my Mother-in-laws house

We have used this company for a number of projects in our property and have been delighted with the results. The builders are excellent, hard working and polite. They have good ideas / solutions to problems and are also very reliable.

Illya did a very good job with my place. Wall and doors painting and repairs; complex lighting installation; and a competent flooring with laminate. All works were done in a timely manner according to suggested deadlines. After the place was left clean and tidy.
