Dreadful quality homes. Plastering terrible, leaking plumbing, wrong tanks installed for homes, shoddy gardens laid on building rubble, 100s of snags some never rectified. They tie you in with a fleece hold with a 3rd party estate management company tied into the deeds. Honestly, do not buy a house from this company. Awful, awful, awful.

Do not buy a house from this developer after paying a premium price for a 5 bedroom detached home it is anything but premium. 330 faults in total some safety related others are really bad workmanship. There is no communication or any effort to put these faults right.
