Our company was founded in the early 1990s and was based in South West London for many years, offering building and basement services. Around 5 years ago, we moved to Sunningdale to provide the same services to clientele in the local area. Our move was influenced by a large-scale project we worked on, on the Wentworth Estate – we fell in love with the area and decided to make it our home. There are many stunning properties in this region. We aim to add to their number by creating luxurious new homes and enhancing existing houses through property extensions and property renovations. Our new home builders have a long-standing reputation in the Sunningdale, Ascot, Finchampstead and Wentworth areas, with a large number of previous projects to showcase, including property developments. SBS Homes operates with full insurance, including public liability and employers’ liability insurance. Onsite training is always given to our workforce and all tradespeople hold the proper accreditations such as NICEIC, HETAS and Gas Safe.
