T K Building & Construction is a trusted family run company who helped clients in South London to build a home to thrive in for 15 years. Customer satisfaction is our main focus and we pride ourselves on delivering a professional and high quality service. Much weight is given to a safe and clean working environment. Terrible company to work with. Tibor and the team who we believe are all subcontractors are useless. They are completing a loft conversion on one of the flats in our building. They placed 3 stories of scaffolding on our building without asking or even informing the flat owners. They then realised that this scaffolding was no use but still haven't taken it down. They placed a skip on the shared driveway which they have no right to do and told us that it would be removed after they received a skip licence (this was over 24 days ago, it takes about 3-4 days to obtain a license from local council). They are running being schedule and yet we still only see builders in sight for about 2 days a week. We are now concerned that 4 to 6 week project that started in September is going to run over to Christmas.

Total nightmare to work with TK Construction. Bad quality of build, cheap materials, but charging hell of a lots of money upfront. During demolition people on site but when actual build happens builders on site for only about 2-3 days. Lying about timescales, we were very patient with my partner but enough it’s enough. Not recommended Norbert and TK Construction.

T K Building & Construction Ltd are highly experienced and I have found them very straightforward to work with and the quality of their work is excellent. Communication is very good and the costings are always clear and appropriate, the extension work has been done for exactly the price quoted and within the timeframe agreed. They were very responsive to extra requests we made and worked very diligently according to the schedule. They did an amazing job, we highly recommend them!

Norbert and his crew built us a new toilet/bathroom and box room. Norbert was a pleasure to deal with - always responsive, helpful and flexible. His team worked well to deadlines and any issues that arose in the work were resolved helpfully. The quote given was reasonable and was stuck to. Would definitely recommend.

A fabulous job carried out by Tibor and his team on our single storey extension (5m x 4m). It has consisted of a new kitchen diner and a conversion of our old galley kitchen into a wetroom. Tibor is an absolute gentleman with a great work ethic. He and his team are polite, respectful and always arrived on time. The build was completed on schedule and the price quoted was stuck to. I have no hesitation in recommending Tibor for the building of your extension. A reliable man who really aims to please.

We are so pleased with the work that Tibor has done for us. The extension has exceeded expectations. We have found Tibor to be very easy to communicate with and he has been very flexible to accommodate our needs. The work has been done for exactly the price quoted and within the timeframe agreed. All workmen have been very friendly and helpful. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

I am so happy with the our new kitchen extension, utility and toilet built by Tibor. This included demolishing a garage and rebuilding as a utility, knocking of walls and extending the kitchen. He started the project right on time and kept me updated throughout the duration of the project. I found him to be friendly, clear and easy to communicate with. Tibor's quote was reasonable and comparably cheaper than other local builders. Tibor is excellent, reliable, deligent and hardworking. I recommend him.

Tibor and his team were very Kind and professional. They paid very good attention to details. A major plus for anyone doing a refurbishment. The work was carried out on time and budget and to a very good standard. Tibor made progress everyday of the work always having his team here. Keeping everything running smoothly. Would highly recommend Tibor to anyone doing a Refurbishment like mine.

Regular site meetings, kept fully informed on every aspect of the build. Stayed within budget and looked for ways to save money from the outset. Friendly and hardworking staff. We would have no hesitation recommending Tibor, Norbert and Richard. Looking forward to working with them on many more future projects.

I engaged Norbert and his team to undertake a big re modelling job downstairs. This included an extension at the back which is now the kitchen, plus re modelling the living room, utility and bathroom and making a new den for the kids. The team were all great, the work carried out to budget and always on time. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for home construction and re-modelling works.
