About Us
At The Wee House Company we draw on timeless, classic design principles to create a home that you can be proud of.
The Wee House Company build modular homes with traditional character. They are commonly used as permanent residences, granny annexes and holiday homes. The houses are built as modules in our East Ayrshire workshop and transported to the customer’s plot, anywhere in the UK, for completion.
Our classic range includes a Studio, One and Two Bedroom Wee House but we can also design and construct bespoke builds. Wee houses are ideal for building in even the most remote rural locations and can be completed in just 8 weeks!
