Velyov recently completed some renovation work in our kitchen and basement as well as some additional redecorating. The whole team were efficient, skilled, polite and helpful. The standard of work was excellent and the communication from Rado and his team throughout was exceptional - I would highly recommend Veylov Ltd and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future work.

Rado and his team are excellent. They have just finished a total refurbishment for us and it was a real pleasure to work with him and his team; they definitely took the stress out of the process. The quality of his communication and the standard of the work completed along with the finishing were all first class. If we ever do this again, we know who to call.. if they’re busy… we will wait for them!

What can we say about Velyov? The best builders we have or will ever meet. They have done a full home renovation for us to restore our victorian home in SE London, making structural changes to improve the layout and adding back in some of the original Victorian character. The finish is such a high quality and we are delighted. Just as impressive has been Rado's communication throughout, he has project managed the whole build, communicating well and in a timely fashion so we knew what we needed to buy and when. The project was completed on budget and on schedule, with Rado even suggesting ways in which we could save money. If there were any challenges, he always had 2/3 options for us to choose from with his recommendation. His team were personable, polite and flexible, even supporting us to move back in whilst the work was ongoing. Velyov have created a delightful family home and we could not recommend him enough. It's been a hassle-free, fantastic experience. Velyov, we will be using you again and thanks for all your hard work - you've exceeded our expectations and have been absolutely fantastic to work with.

We would highly recommend Rado and his company. They were at all times helpful and easy to deal with, communicating quickly and helpfully when needed. The work was completed to a high standard and within the agreed timescale. Members of the team would always come when they said they would. We would have no hesitation at all re-employing them for further projects!

Rado and his team worked with our main contractor to deliver a really great extension to our Victorian house. They were reliable and very hard-working and stuck to the schedule. We were very pleased with the quality of the finish (which is still great over a year later) - so much so that we have recommended Rado to other members of our family, who are also really pleased. We would highly recommend!

Rado and his team were excellent, showing strong attention to detail to ensure the complete refurbishment of a small flat was done to a very high standard. They provided a full service and I did not have to worry about engaging any other tradesmen. Rado provided valuable advice in terms of design and also enabled me to reduce costs by helping find high quality materials and fittings from cheaper sources. Great communication throughout and always demonstrated a positive attitude, finding adequate solutions whenever potential issues or complications arose, hence ensuring the desired finish was achieved. Rado was always happy to come back and take care of any snagging work until everything was perfect. I would happily use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Radoslav and his team did a magnificent job of our home in West London. A small flat in need of a total overhaul, it had tricky access and a few disappointing neighbours and he coped BRILLIANTLY. Not only that, he came in UNDER BUDGET. can I just repeat that - UNDER BUDGET. never ever has that ever happened to me. Always helpful and attentive to smallest details, he was very happy to do extra little bits as and when I saw them and asked. Very tidy and calm. Would definitely use again.
