Foundations Construction Professionals in Wolverhampton, West Midlands

“Excellent work done by Alex and crew. They did a renovation on our entire house and end results were amazing. We also used them to do our Patio and it is lovely. Alex was constantly communicating with us on the progress of the house and he was available to supervise the ongoing work. I would highly recommend Multiservice K construction ltd for their excellent services!”

“We moved into our home eight years ago with the plan to extend and remodel, but life got in the way after having a child. We always knew we wanted to make the house work better for our family, but couldn't find anything on the market that suited us. So, we decided to make our home work for us. Our main goal was to create more space downstairs, with a larger kitchen and an open-plan living area. We also wanted space for work and leisure, including a dedicated area for our daughter’s music practice. We found ProBuild360 through local ads and recommendations from friends and family. We were particularly impressed after seeing a neighbour’s renovation project and hearing how highly they spoke of ProBuild360. We wanted a partner who could manage the whole process from start to finish, as we knew we wouldn't be able to do it ourselves. DIY was no longer an option for us, and we both agreed it was time to bring in professionals. ProBuild360’s all-in-one service really appealed to us. We’d heard horror stories about building projects dragging on, but ProBuild360’s approach was different. They took ownership of the entire process and completed the project on time, which was such a relief compared to some of the never-ending projects we’d seen nearby. ProBuild360 also paid attention to the little details, like symmetry and proportions, ensuring that everything worked together perfectly. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but they helped refine it, offering expert advice when we were uncertain. They were fantastic at visualising how everything would come together, even when we weren’t sure ourselves. The interior design team, led by David, was integral to the whole process. His confidence in his ideas and style convinced us of things we hadn’t thought about before. He kept us well-informed throughout, explaining every appliance and piece of furniture that would be installed. They even invited us to their showroom, which we were really impressed by. It gave us so many ideas, especially for the worktops and pantries we wanted in our kitchen. Knowing that these could be supplied and fitted through them was a huge bonus. The whole team, including Wes, Matt & Max was excellent. They kept us updated throughout the project. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change, they were always available and happy to listen and solve any issues we had. They were always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, which was a huge difference compared to other contractors we’ve worked with. What we appreciated most was the teamwork between all the specialists—externals, interiors, and electrics. Everyone was on the same page, which made the project smooth and fluid. We could talk to one person about interiors, and they would know exactly what was going on with the electrics and externals. This collaboration made everything easier and more efficient. The end result has completely exceeded our expectations.”

“SpenHen Construction were recommended by a friend when we were looking for someone to contruct our single storey extension, I can't thank her enough for the recommendation. When we first met Spencer he instilled confidence with his knowledge, and offered a competitive quote. When embarking on a large project it can be daunting however i liked Spencer from the off, we needed someone we could communicate easily with and most importantly trust. It was made clear at the beginning that we were trusting him with this and he didn't let us down. Spencer was open to discuss idea's and was patient as plans grew and changed throughout the project. He and his team arrived every time they said they would, never leaving us in the lurch to pursue other projects, they were committed until the end. Any difficulties along the way Spencer gave assurances and stuck to his word. The quality of building work is to a high standard, it's obvious he cares and is passionate about what he does. The lads in his team are an asset to the company, always pleasant and polite. They are tidy, cleaning up each day which is always appreciated. Shout out to Chris (carpenter) highly skilled guy. We would happily work with SpenHen in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. We love our new living space, SpenHen have given us a home to be proud of, thank you.”
