We worked with Zebra on a residential project as well as an on-going residential project and they were/are brilliant. Communication was really good, and they are really diligent in their management of costs and time control.

The Zebra team carried out a total transformation to our house in Clapham. We dug a basement, added a rear extension and re-configured the entire house with a refurbishment to follow. We carried this work out during Covid times - Zebra communicated throughout, were hard working, honest and really good to work with. We are thrilled with the end result and the quality of the build. It was not a simple building project; we are aware of several challenges that had to be dealt with and are very grateful that they (in particular the directors) had the experience to deal with these. We continue to speak to them about smaller un-related jobs through their Renovate and Repair branch and have connected them with our friends too. We are very happy with Zebra and would work with them again.

I am a remote landlord of a house in Battersea. The house needed: a new roof urgently, water damage repairs and some updates. I was not able to get hold of my previous roofer and all the other roofers were busy. A friend recommended Zebra Property Group. They were there the next day giving a quote and were able to start the following Monday. The quote was very competitive so I gave the go ahead. They created a WhatsApp group so I could get instant updates and provide feedback. When there was extra work required I was very happy with the price. They also advised me that the kitchen counter-top didn’t need to be replaced when replacing the hob saving me money. I have never worked with a more professional company. They delivered our extension + new bathroom + new windows front and back as well as the outdoor area not only on time but on budget. On top of this they were great at recommending bits and pieces that make the whole thing come together (like outdoor lights that have really transformed my ability to get to my shed in the depths of winter! Trent was our project manager and he was great. He set up a whatsapp group to keep us updated whilst we were away and was very on the ball with all of the snaggs.

Jamie's firm ZPG did a great job in converting our loft space into a new bedroom and bathroom - we're delighted with the end result. The service from initial consultation to snag fixing has been very high - Jamie is generous with his advice and comes across as really knowledgeable on all aspects of the project. The tradesmen engaged to do the work were all top notch, good at their jobs, courteous, tidy and friendly. Perhaps most importantly, when we encountered problems Jamie was quick to fix them and fair / transparent in terms of cost / time impact.

Jamie came to me via recommendation and has been fantastic throughout a very tricky renovation. From the outset, drawing up the scope and providing a detailed quote he has always been on the end of the phone and been extremely amenable through several changes and unforeseen setbacks. Having a project manager who is regularly on site checking and giving regular updates on progress has been hugely beneficial, especially during times when I have been unable to attend myself, knowing what may need attention, clarification or ordering. All of their contractors are polite, hardworking and cheerful which has been greatly appreciated, especially during some pretty challenging periods - no fault of Zebra, but external factors outside of our control. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge and gives honest advice which I have found invaluable, coupled with confidence when it has lacked. We are in the very final stages and it's hugely exciting to see so much hard work come to fruition. Can't wait until we can take the before and after photos! I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie for any building project no matter the size or scope.
