“Emma at Lived in 365 has been an absolute godsend! I have worked with Emma twice now - one on a bathroom and WC refurb and secondly on a really big kitchen refurb. Emma made the process so straight forward and exactly what I needed. She grasped my likes/dislikes and lifestyle (family home with teens and pets) quickly and was able to make recommendations that only needed tweaking here and there to leave me with two new rooms that I absolutely love! Emma goes the extra mile and no detail is too much. She gave me a spreadsheet which helped me with ordering the correct products (again - godsend) and was always quick to reply to any queries. Once the work had started and electricians, builders etc had questions I was unsure of how to answer - Emma again was helpful. I do feel lucky I came across Lived in 365 as I'd never done any refurbs before and just don't think I'd have been able to stay sane without them!”

“Katie has an uncanny ability to help you explore and develop your style and taste; She clearly wants you to adore your home! She encourages you to try and see past flash-pan trends that’ll feel dated in a year's time and to really understand what actually you’ll always treasure, but we also 'cherry picked' (the best bits) a few items from various styles and trends so that the space wasn't a strict 'theme' and I could easily swap and change items in the years to come. This was all quite enlightening as I realised I do get swept up in ‘the latest thing’, and whilst spending copious amounts of money I’m never actually satisfied long term….the size of my wardrobe can attest to that! Katie made sure I invested my money more wisely, as well as selecting pieces I truly love. The deliveries have started already and I'm so looking forward to completing the room transformation :)”
