“My TOP TIP for Home Staging, would be to employ the services of The Property Styling Company and not try to do it yourself! I have bought and sold quite a few houses in my time and thought I’d learned from Helen’s expert advice (during two previous home sales), and tried to do things myself on the next property we wanted to sell. It just proved that I really should have got Helen in from the start! Two months after being on the market, ten viewings and no offers, reality started to kick in. Something wasn’t right and all the estate agent had to suggest was a dramatic price reduction.
