“Moving from a large house in the suburbs to our new, "smaller", urban digs meant starting largely over, quite a daunting task when faced with all the other things that come with downsizing. Thankfully, Lynne was there every step of the way. She came over and talked with my husband and me to see what we were looking for in terms of design and decorating assistance, looked at what pieces we had, and the layout of our new home. She then went to work on several fronts. From accompanying us to shop at places she'd uncovered, to setting up a Pinterest board, texting and emailing pictures of pieces she'd found, the whole experience was done within budget, without stress, and dare I say it, even pleasurable! I heartily recommend calling on Lynne for your decorating needs.”

“Carmen is simply amazing! She is personable, sincere, respectful, and gifted at what she does. I truly believe that she is the reason my house sold in 4 days and I had 4 offers to choose from--3 were above listing price! From choosing paint colors and helping me update fixtures to the final staging, Carmen transformed my house into a show palace! So many prospective buyers commented on how lovely and spacious my home looked. Even the photographer who took pictures for MLS said she was so happy that the house was bright and beautiful because she would not have to touch up the photos. My real estate agent (who uses Carmen exclusively), said he couldn't keep count of all the traffic in and out of my home during the open house. Carmen goes above and beyond as well. She handled a catastrophe with grace and professionalism. The evening before the photo shoot, Carmen and I planned to meet at my house at 5:00 pm for light staging. The people who were supposed to be done sealing the tile grout at noon were still there. They threw all of my things and some furniture in the garage. It was a mess. Worse yet, they had not planned on putting the items back. It was pouring down rain and Carmen offered to help me move things into the house so she could stage. When the crew was finished, she ran interference by directing them as to what else needed to be moved into the house. Carmen stayed until 10:30 pm that night. By the time she left, my home was beautiful. She never once complained. Carmen always checked in with me to see how things were going throughout the entire project. She truly has a passion for what she does and it shows! I'm going to miss Carmen so much, but hmmmmm . . . . I'll have a new house soon, so guess who I'll be calling! ;-)”

“Minol has great insight on staging house interiors. She gave me great tips & ideas on staging the dining room and also provided guidance on color and lighting choices for the living room. She has good knowledge of the latest styles . She also suggested minor improvements that were easy to make and inexpensive. It gave additional elegance to the rooms and were the key selling points at the time of sale.”

“I interviewed several Home Stagers and Elite Austin Designs stood out among the rest ! After visiting with Valerie I really felt she knew exactly what I was looking for in order to sale my home. I had definite ideas about the spaces that needed staging and she did a beautiful job accomplishing the warmth and beauty that I wanted my home to convey. Her furniture inventory is vast and when she didn't have a round dining table available for my breakfast area she went out and purchased the perfect table that made that space shine! It was quite obvious that her whole staff was talented and experienced in interior design. By the way, after my house was staged I got a contract on the my home 3 week later !”

“Conni helped us stage our home for sale. She was professional, helpful and respectful. Her hourly rate was reasonable and she spent 2 hours with us and provided a list of ideas and suggestions. One of the best parts of our staging experience was that we hardly had to spend any money to get our house picture and walk through ready. Conni made herself available to us via email for other questions we had after starting our to do list. Our house turned out beautiful and we had 3 offers two weeks after putting it on the market. “Extremely pleased! My condo was on the market for 3 weeks without a single offer. The home was vacant without any furniture looking very bare. Upon consultation with my agent we hired Elizabeth from Plethora who after signing the agreement on Thursday was able to get the home fully staged by Friday for weekend showing. We had an offer Monday morning at our asking price and contract signed Tuesday! Enough said.”
