“Testimonial - Pier Avenue During 2013 we bought a house in Southwold as a rental investment. The property itself required extensive renovations throughout. Once we were underway it became clear that being domiciled some way from Southwold was causing us problems in terms of management and progress at that point we decided to get some external help with the project and contacted Rhonda Deal of RD Interior ReDesign & Home Staging What a great decision, the service provided by Rhonda was fantastic ! During the renovations RD Interior ReDesign & Home Staging provided extensive advice, help and idea’s around practical issues such as kitchen design /lighting / ironmongery / removing walls / hanging doors / radiator positions and maximising space along with managing some of the trades. Once we got further into the project Rhonda put together the overall design concept choosing all of colours, curtains and wall papers with bundles of enthusiasm and to great effect. But I have to say the best bit was the amazing job carried out by RD in terms of home staging. We agreed a budget with Rhonda who then went out scouring Auctions, shops, showrooms and the internet buying absolutely everything for the house ranging from beds , tables chairs, sofa’s, pictures, ornaments down to the cutlery/ linen and even the light bulbs all at very good prices. All deliveries where coordinated by RD who then proceeded to lay out and stage the house on a turnkey basis. Once we saw the final arrangement we were amazed at the outcome, the house looked absolutely stunning and ready to let. Not only were we getting great feedback from the local letting agent but a few weeks later we received 4 stars from visit England during their assessment visit, something that we doubt would have been achieved without RD ! In fact my wife and I were so impressed that we immediately commissioned RD for another project which has now also been successfully completed.
