“May 2018 Update: After 30 years of living in our home we decided we needed to move. The easy part was finding the new house. Now we need to sell the old house quickly. We were intimidated at the prospect of getting the house sales ready after we moved out. We took much of our furniture and left the rest. I hired Leonor to get the house ready for sale. I had used Leonor to stage homes that I had renovated to flip (see May 2017 review) but this was different. This was my house and it was partially furnished. She got rid of the clutter we had left behind, removed some of our "outdated" furniture and brought in more current furniture, accessories (we had never really used accessories properly) and pictures/art. When we saw the result we were overwhelmed by the improvement. Best of all, such positive comments from home buyers and agents. May 2017: I've used Leonor for staging on a previous project. I was so pleased, I asked her to provide design services for the entire remodel as well. I so please with that decision. Leonor assisted in designing the entire interior of the home including kitchen/bathroom cabinet, tile, paint color, flooring, etc. This work together with your final staging was just tremendous. It all really came together and the broker told me that they got such positive comments about home design and furniture. The best comments was from potential buyers that my broker overheard saying 'I can see myself living here.' I actually received some above asking price offers."”

“I worked with Janene at Dalehead Designs to help with my home renovation, organization and decoration. In a nutshell – she worked with me every step of the way to meet my needs – and my budget! I underwent an entire home renovation and needed help envisioning and selecting materials to be used throughout the house. She pulled together several vision boards so that it didn’t feel like an overwhelming set of decisions. This process was helpful because it allowed me to pick and choose the things I did like without committing to a full-blown design. Once we moved in, Janene spent a full day helping unpack, decorate, and stage my house so that it immediately felt like a home. There was no annoying, living-amongst-boxes-as-we-get-settled phase. Janene’s greatest talent is working with what you already have. Most of the decorating was done with things I already owned, it was just a matter of using them all in the “right” place. I had so many “a-ha!” moments watching Janene work. On that same note, because budget is a factor and we could not purchase entirely new belongings at once, Janene recognizes the process and still continues to send me pieces she sees in my range. It’s amazing to have another eye out there that knows my priorities for finishing our house. If you want an organizational expert with great taste and unmatched flexibility – I highly recommend Dalehead Designs!”
