“Emile listened carefully to our requirements and designed our interiors to be functional, hard-working spaces as well as beautiful ones. It was helpful to be given a full break-down of items, labour and cost, and we were grateful to Emile for sourcing a few, cheaper alternatives where requested. He kept our budget in mind throughout the process and made sensible suggestions as to where to save and where to spend. We did not ask Emile for many changes to his original proposal but, where we did, Emile was accommodating, thoughtful and helpful. Emile then arranged for the project to be implemented, which is the best money we have ever spent. His contractors were second to none - experienced, talented, hard-working, tidy and polite. Emile's suppliers were also all excellent, and Emile liaised directly with all of them to take delivery of the furniture, paint, wallpaper, etc at the right stages of the project. Where problems were encountered (and I would stress there were few, and none of them were within Emile's control), Emile sorted them out calmly and efficiently. We cannot rate Emile highly enough.”

“When I hired James to help prepare my house for sale I was a little sceptical at first, however time was of the essense so I decided to give his service a go. How glad am I! James's expert eye for detail enabled me present my property on the housing market in a way that I never imagined possible. Any jobs that had needed fixing he was also able to rectify to the highest possible standard as well as suggest ways of improving the presentation of my property that I had never thought of before. Sqeaking doors, silicone around a bath, changing a door sign, re-arranging my office to look like a more appealing space. All inexpensive but resulting in my property being marketed at it's highest possible price and standard. James also dressed my property for photos presenting my house in a homely yet spacious tasteful way. Selling your family home can be very stressful and emotional. Thanks to James my house attracted the highest number of viewings in my area on the internet, resulting in viewings and a sale at it's asking price. His professional and personable service took a huge amount of stress and pressure from me and I would highly recommend his service to anyone .
