I highly recommend Natalie and her team at Cullum Design. We used her staging services to sell our house and from start to finish she was brilliant. The house was staged beautifully and showcased its full potential. We only hosted a one-day open house and received multiple offers with 5 of those all well over asking price. Natalie and her team were professional, reliable, and incredibly efficient. We currently live in the USA and so communication was key; we felt safe entrusting Cullum Design to take the lead and make our house look outstanding. Well worth investing time into staging as the results speak for themselves.

Absolutely fantastic. I worked with Natalie on the staging of a mutual client's house ahead of launching for sale. The attention to detail was second to none. The staging was both stylish and sympathetic to the age and feel of the pproperty, complimented by tasteful re-decoration where required. The project management by Natalie was excellent, communicating with me on all points to ensure access wasn't an issue, timeframes were matched and our client achieved the best possible result. I really like the way Natalie staged the flat. It was stylish but also warm and welcoming, it felt like a home. It was also easy to get in touch and to arrange the installation and removal. Overall, a lovely experience.

My lovely house had inexplicably been on the market for 8 months or so. The estate agent suggested home staging. I was a bit sceptical, but decided to give it a go nevertheless. I didn’t use the home stager recommended by the agent. Instead, I did some shopping around and settled on Cullum. I was impressed by the positive reviews, and these were borne out when Natalie and I spoke - her positivity and can-do mentality shone through. I knew I’d made the right decision after Cullum did such a tasteful job. Natalie’s words at the time were that the house now felt as though it had been energised (or words to that effect). Anyway, I unreservedly agree that that was the result. Sure enough, the house went under offer approx 4 weeks after the staging. I do recommend Cullum - I would certainly use them again.

Our empty house had been on the market for a few months with no reasonable offers, it simply didn’t look or feel as good with no furniture. Within two weeks of Natalie furnishing the house and adding some very personable finishing touches, it was under offer at asking price. Natalie was very accommodating and put in a lot of effort to present the house in its best light, I just wish we had asked her to come to furnish it sooner!
