Thanks to Ananda and Ray at Homesome we sold our rather small niche property immediately and at full asking price in a stagnant market. The house looked beautiful and we were really impressed with not only the quality of the work, but also their communication and flexibility. The money spent on staging was well worth it and we would definitely engage Homesome London again.

I would highly recommend the service offered by Homesome. Coming from a creative background, I thought I had what it takes to successfully stage my home to sell. However, I had hugely underestimated the size of the task and all the little details to be considered, not to mention the sheer work involved in decluttering a home whilst living a busy lifestyle and looking after my young children. Homesome provided an excellent consultation service which worked particularly well during the pandemic as it didn’t require any face-to-face meetings. I received an extensive personalised document providing hints and tips as well as visual aids for each room in my house. This was an amazing help as I could use it as a checklist to work through room by room and keep referring back to as I went along. There were some ingenious style tips included. Who knew that a simple Ikea stool could look so good as a bedside table? The team were really friendly and approachable – I was able to speak with them directly a number of times when unexpected issues or questions arose during the process – it was simply fantastic to be able to rely on this expertise at such a busy time in our lives. Overall, this service made the process of preparing our house to sell a lot less stressful than it could have been and we were really pleased with the end product.

Using Homesome’s consultation service saved us a huge amount of time in research, decision-making and shopping. It got the job done in a few days rather than a few weeks. When you look at pictures on rightmove etc, you can see that staging is just becoming the norm now, particularly for the more expensive properties. Bringing in the Homesome experts felt like the sensible thing to do. It’s such a tiny cost compared to the estate agency fees, and made a massive difference.
