After a year of trying to sell our house in South West London with no success, a friend recommended Janine's Property Staging services. This was the best piece of advice we had during the year. Janine is very experienced and knowledgeable in real estate, has impeccable taste in decorating, is very kind and helpful and highly professional. It was a pleasure working with her! She gave us great advice for redecorating the house and she staged it beautifully. As we live abroad, there was the added bonus of her having an excellent network of plumbers, electricians and handymen etc to help us out. All in all, her services are reasonably price and well worthwhile. We highly recommend JS Property Staging if you're thinking of selling your house.

I cannot rate Janine highly enough! Attention to detail was impeccable and the flat looked fabulous after she did her magic on it. It looked smart but homely and she did such a good job at staging my flat that some viewers came to see it not realising that they had already seen it before! I first spoke with Janine in the summer of 2021 because we were thinking to market our apartment the following spring. We had several conversations about and in the apartment, which had been let for over a decade. Though the work was planned for Feb or March 2022, the clear visioning we did early on really paid off. Her support has been invaluable. Janine started on time, and we were ready to roll right after Easter. Pretty much on budget despite a few surprises on the way. Plus if something went wrong on the sale it was ready to relet in September. I’ve always been seriously hands on with painting , renovation and repairs. This time I wasn’t even in the country. The apartment looked amazing , bright, welcoming and modern . Very photogenic and everyone was impressed including prospective buyers - it was so gratifying to have a choice. I’ve only met Janine remotely but she’s a great communicator. She and her fabulous , considerate building team also listened to the neighbours. . The whole house benefited. After having unsuccessfully tried to sell our buy-to-let flat last year, we hired Janine to help us stage it in order to put it on the market for sale again this year. We could not be happier with our decision. We received multiple offers within the first week and exceeded the expectations of the agents. The final result was stunning. The flat looks better than it ever has. Janine's recommendation for the redecoration (paint colour, carpet colour, blinds, kitchen tiles) as well as her choice of furniture made best use of the the light in the flat, minimised the low ceiling and gave the flat a very spacious feel. We live overseas and were not able to come back to London to look after our flat. Janine held our hand remotely throughout the process, going beyond our expectations to recommend tradesmen and products and send us a detailed list repairs and improvements for our handyman to address. All her recommendations were sensible and carefully considered the cost - benefit of the improvement. Throughout all this, she and her team were reliable, professional and trustworthy. I cannot recommend Janine highly enough. We were initially reluctant to stage the flat and probably would not have, had travel restrictions not forced us to get external help. However, Janine's fee was more than covered by the increase in the sales price and was absolutely a worthwhile investment. She has converted us and we will definitely use decorating / staging services again in the future!
