I have been so incredibly impressed with Little Barn Door. From their quality of delivery to incredibly proactive communication and service levels I continue to be highly impressed with every member of the team. My house had not been selling so I found Little Barn Door to give it a new lease of life. Their initial plan is so thorough that I went through with the full service and it has completely transformed the house. Highly recommend and great value for money in the context of the magic they can do on the house and ultimately sell the house faster and at a better price.

Natalie, Simone and team helped us to stage our vacant city centre terrace in Winchester for sale, and we've been blown away both with the finished house, and the service we've received from them. They surveyed, quoted and fitted out the house in a matter of days over the busy Christmas period, and left it both stunning and spotless. Their professional photos were much better than we had from our estate agent, and the house actually looks bigger than it did when the rooms were empty. Absolutely delighted with the service we've received, and would highly recommend Little Barn Door to anyone looking to prepare a property for sale.

LBD did an amazing job with my empty flat. Up till then it had struggled to attract interest. They managed to make it look cosy and welcoming, and backed up their work with great photographs. Enquiries came in immediately after a rather barren few weeks, and the staging meant prospective buyers were able to see its potential straight away, and visualise it as a home. Throughout the process Natalie was super helpful and communicative. Definitely money well spent. A big thank you to her and the LBD team.

I wasn't sure about staging at first, but, after talking to Natalie, I was completely won over by her enthusiasm, professionalism and successful results. My flat was on the market, empty, for six months without attracting much interest. After one week of Little Barn Door's staging, I had a serious offer on the table. Couldn't be more delighted.

Natalie and her team were fantastic from the start. They managed the process very smoothly, especially as I had moved back to Australia before contacting them. My flat looked amazing once they had styled it - they made it look so much better than it had whilst I was living there and 1000 times better than it did empty. The photos bought the flat to life and generated a lot more interest in the property that the photos that the real estate agent had taken. The team kept in contact with me for the duration, and coudn't have been more helpful. Any query was dealt with very promptly, professionally and it was a pleasure to work with them. We used Little Barn Door to help stage our house in Winchester prior to the sale. Little Barn Door delivered exactly what we hoped and and transformed the look of the house that was previously rented. They started with a completely empty house and the focus was on how to make use of the space, in particular to showcase the master bedroom the small third bedroom that could be ideal as a child's room. All the viewings had the same feedback on how well the house was presented and how well laid out it was. Not a single negative comment on the interior from any of the viewings. I have been so delighted with Little Barn Door that I’ve used them twice for very different reasons. Each experience has been brilliant. The first time was for design advice for an extension - we always have compliments from visitors on the room they designed for us. As a result of our confidence in them and their service, we turned to them for help when selling an empty ex-rental property. We had plenty of viewings when the property was empty and a few offers, but all below the price we wanted to secure. As soon as the magic touch of home staging had been done and wow, the turnaround was incredible. Multiple daily viewings and an offer secured from a cash buyer at the price we wanted! The eye for detail you have and the service you provide means we will continue to recommend you for years to come.

We are a small firm of developers and used Little Barn Door to design and furnish our show flat in Knowle Village near Fareham and one of our five terraced houses that we recently completed in Horsham. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price and it made a huge difference to the speed of sales and price we achieved. They installed everything with little or no input from us and produced photographs of the finished product for the agent. When completed they removed everything and gave the property a full clean. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for all our future products.
