We are so delighted with Helen's knowledge of the property market, experience and fantastic styling work, we use her to dress all our student lets. Styling the student houses for our professional photo shoot is harder than it looks. Helen lugs bags and bags of 'things', china, plants, pictures, rugs, etc. as well as bedding, and small furniture items around the houses (literally!), to keep the styling fresh and changes things around until the best effect has been found. We were recommended to use Helen to style an apartment in a new development which wasn't selling. It was the last one, we had dropped the price quite significantly during it's time on the market, and expected the property to sell quickly. It didn't! A couple of weeks before Christmas we agreed to dress (stage) the property and handed the keys to Helen. We weren't disappointed, she worked her magic, the place looked fantastic, and best of all we agreed a sale between the so called 'dead' period of Christmas and New year. Since the apartments have been dressed we have now sold all apartments, Helen understood our brief and really listened to what we were actually looking to achieve. We were selling our house from NZ and wanted it to be professionally staged instead of sitting empty whilst on the market. All our communication had to be done via email due to the time difference, and right from my first interaction with Helen I found her to be very professional, friendly and extremely responsive. I always got a quick reply to any query, and felt that Helen was definitely 'on our side' when it came to getting our property sold quickly. She was very informative and kept me up-to-date with proceedings. Helen staged the house beautifully, the house sold within a week of being on the market. Due to various reasons the house sale collapsed - twice! So we had the house on the market 3 times, each time it sold within a week and I'm sure the staging was something to do with the quick offers we received. Helen was very flexible with extending the time we required the staging to be in place, and then was quick to leap into action and remove the furniture when the house finally went through with just a few days notice. While we often hear ‘location, location, location’ this just was not the case with my city centre apartment.
