“Rachel was instrumental in helping me to interior design my project; I had some clear visions of what I wanted, but I just needed her expert guidance and input to give me the confidence to go with what I wanted. She then made helpful observations of ways to really lift the scheme, and provided me with some fantastic suppliers to complete the project. Her inside knowledge of suppliers and designers was pivotal in making our kitchen into the wonderful space it is today; we get complimented every day. “Jo has truly helped us to transform the way we live & enjoy our home and is a joy to work with! As a busy family with 2 young children and both myself and my husband working full time, we had so many ideas for what we wanted to do to change our home to accommodate our family and changing needs of our home but we didn't have the time. Jo quickly understood what we wanted to do and came back with moodboards that brought our ideas to life and demonstrated how well she understood our taste (we're both quite picky so I was very impressed how well Jo nailed this!). We fell in love with what she had created for us and went with almost all of her recommendations which were mindful of the end result we wanted to achieve. Jo was incredibly attentive all the way through the process and always available on the end of the phone, from designing room layouts, providing endless samples and following up on deliveries and orders herself. 6 months on we're loving the new spaces Jo has created and we've fallen in love with our home again. “We would thoroughly recommend having Katy to work with you on a home design project. She is empathetic, thorough and efficient and leaves no stone unturned in helping to finish a project to your, and her, satisfaction. Any challenges which arise in relation to fabric availability, standard of work or late delivery of materials are dealt with in a most professional manner until client and designer are happy with the outcome. Our project was completed in Autumn 2021 and we have been delighted with the result, with many compliments from friends and family. Katy helped us with a suitable colour palette and design in keeping with our 1930s sitting room and our style of furniture, organising sample swatches of fabric for curtains, cushions and re-upholstery fabric, guidance for table lamps and uplighter lamp. She arranged for our sofas and armchairs to be re-upholstered at a very competitive price, as well as arranging for curtains and cushions to be made. She pointed out where the room could be improved by disposing of some furniture and was involved in helping us hone the detail of a bespoke unit of furniture for the television, sound system and other storage being made by a local company whom we had commissioned to design the unit. Throughout our weeks from initial meeting to completion, Katy was nothing but respectful, friendly, courteous, patient and professional. We are delighted that we were able to work with such a talented designer.”
