“This was my first time using this service, I had a lovely lady Pauline who kindly helped me clear my clutter from my tiny sitting room, and helped me sort out my kitchen counters and cupboard under sink (I have way too many cloths/tea towels) during our 3 hour session. I have arthritis so it was great having an extra pair of hands. Pauline was friendly, chatty and non judgemental, I have collected a lot of stuff over the years and I do try to regularly clear clothes and other items, this has given me a kick up the derrière, I found it so nice to relax in my sitting room after all the clutter was gone. I can’t afford to pay for this service on a regular basis, but I thought I really needed the help to get me started on my decluttering mission and I’m so glad I did. I will definitely ask Pauline back in a couple of weeks/months time if I have the money. In the meantime I will try my best to donate items every time I buy something new and try to only have what I need and use. “As a fashion stylist, mum and lover of things, my house is ever growing with stuff! My ongoing challenge of decluttering suddenly became so overwhelming that I realised I needed an objective person to come to my rescue and give it a final push. Firstly I immediately liked her energy and personality on the phone and during our initial useful skype consult. So I knew we would get on. So we concentrated on the main areas and then discussed ideas for the others. I cleared out 20 bags for Oxfam and she came with me in the car to do drop off which - is very handy part of her service. She is full of energy and sympathy for the task at hand and although we both worked hard I felt a sense of achievement at the end of our session. You are then inspired to keep the process going where possible. And am sure I would love to have her again to tackle my small overspilling kitchen for another much needed blitz. We accumulate so many things over the years that a decluttering session is a much needed service to breathe you new life into your space.”

“Johanna was brilliant! She completely turned around my open-plan living room which had become a bit of a dumping ground for my kids' toys and all our...stuff. She has a really creative eye and a vision of space and how best to use it. She also spruced up some of my tired old furniture, including a mirror I was about to take to the dump which she sprayed gold (and which I now love), and I can honestly say I feel like I've moved house! I can truly recommend Johanna as a hard-working, speedy, creative person who has a great eye but is also a really good listener.”

“I asked Imogen to help me declutter and reorganise the upstairs of my cottage which serves as an open plan office and bedroom. Her calm, gently challenging approach enabled me to remain focussed, to let go of items that I no longer needed and find logical places for things I did. “Do you feel buried under your possessions, so overwhelmed you want to run away? My husband and I are in our 60s and have been together almost 2/3rds of it. So excuse most of the Is and MYs as they should be WEs and OURs. Once we set up a plan, she tirelessly and quickly set to transforming my piles into keep, trash, recycle, rehome etc.. Once that was under control, we set about restoring to their former glory all of the things remaining. It is now over two years later and, mostly due to Caroline, I am now finishing a massive home remodel. She even assisted in finding all of the professionals for this transformation. Without her prodding me along I never could have created this beautiful home. I have even started to improve other facets of my life. It's funny how getting one's possessions in order can have a knock-on effect. If we can't enjoy whatever we accumulated in life, why accumulate? Above all she is discreet and kindly patient. No job is too big or small for her assistance. Maybe it's just your closet or office or kitchen you need her skills for. Maybe it's preparing your home for your first baby, or your retirement. Above all I think everyone would agree my house looks like MY house, not Caroline's or my builder's but MINE. No declutter- organiser is doing their job if the end result is anyone's except the clients'.”
