“I was moving house and although upsizing had limited loft space. The opposite of what I had in the house I was moving out of. I have always been a hoarder and had kept literally everything from theatre programmes to bus tickets, Birthday cards and letters to school books, cuddly toys to clothes. I needed to declutter and fast and I didn’t know where to start as it was like my whole life was in these of boxes and truth be told I did not want to have to throw any of it out. Maria was amazing. What was a huge mountain to climb for me she made seem so easy. It was an extremely emotional process for me but Maria made me realise I didn’t need boxes and boxes of stuff. I have kept the very special items but now have one memory box, rather than 100! I am forever grateful as since moving I have realised all those boxes would have been a total burden and what is the point in moving into a lovely new home and taking all your junk with you only to hide it away?”

“Homefulness came with smiles and enthusiasm. I left in the morning with instructions to "do your best" and came back to an astonishing sight. Two closets, organised beautifully. Oils and vinegar on one shelf, spices (alphabetised, of course) and cooking stuff on another; all things baking on a third. The second closet was kitchen equipment, also beautifully organised, with PLENTY OF SPACE LEFT OVER! Kitchen cabinets reworked as well. I was convinced that they must have thrown out half my stuff in order to make everything fit so nicely, but in fact, there is nothing missing at all. They will change your life and make your home way better.”

“I hired Urban Wardrobes for production of the sliding wardrobe for my loft room with sloping ceilings. Well, they did a great job and didn't charge me for the second installation day (it was supposed that the installation will take only 1 day). The wardrobe is of high quality and the sliding system is ok as well. The quality of leather which I used for the sliding doors is amazing. The only cons the production took almost 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks as it was discussed before.”

“Helen is wonderful, wise and caring. She helped me make some amazing changes to my home. My living room and office were quite cluttered with stuff, some of which I was really struggling to let go of. Both rooms felt very stale and stuck. “Johanna was brilliant! She completely turned around my open-plan living room which had become a bit of a dumping ground for my kids' toys and all our...stuff. She has a really creative eye and a vision of space and how best to use it. She also spruced up some of my tired old furniture, including a mirror I was about to take to the dump which she sprayed gold (and which I now love), and I can honestly say I feel like I've moved house! I can truly recommend Johanna as a hard-working, speedy, creative person who has a great eye but is also a really good listener.”

“I have hired ClutterBug to help me declutter a house with 2 young kids that suffered from too much unused appliances, clothes, games, books and whatnot. The approach was extremely professional and friendly. I was surprised and how quickly she managed to help me sort out the clutter and helped me obtain a "clutter free" mind. After a few sessions (as 1 was definitely not enough!) the house looked amazing, the kids' rooms had space to play in, I donated few bags to charity, few to the big and I even managed to get some money back by selling old stuff on ebay! “Do you feel buried under your possessions, so overwhelmed you want to run away? My husband and I are in our 60s and have been together almost 2/3rds of it. So excuse most of the Is and MYs as they should be WEs and OURs. I am trying to coax other like-minded sorts to exert both their bodies and wallets into the choice I made to hire Caroline if they live near me or find her clone if they are afar. That decision literally changed my life. Does that sound either too dramatic or like I'm inviting you to join a cult? Although I may not have been a horder in the clinical sense, I am no longer submerged under piles of, well piles. No longer do I feel too embarrassed to have anyone drop by. I can't say it has not been a lot of work and expense on my part. Caroline works side by side with you. Patiently guiding, persistently questioning. Even if she wanted to, how could she possibly go through my closet or kitchen cupboards and know what to keep? Once we set up a plan, she tirelessly and quickly set to transforming my piles into keep, trash, recycle, rehome etc.. Once that was under control, we set about restoring to their former glory all of the things remaining. It is now over two years later and, mostly due to Caroline, I am now finishing a massive home remodel. She even assisted in finding all of the professionals for this transformation. Without her prodding me along I never could have created this beautiful home. I have even started to improve other facets of my life. It's funny how getting one's possessions in order can have a knock-on effect. If we can't enjoy whatever we accumulated in life, why accumulate? Above all she is discreet and kindly patient. No job is too big or small for her assistance. Maybe it's just your closet or office or kitchen you need her skills for. Maybe it's preparing your home for your first baby, or your retirement. Above all I think everyone would agree my house looks like MY house, not Caroline's or my builder's but MINE. No declutter- organiser is doing their job if the end result is anyone's except the clients'.”
