“As a fashion stylist, mum and lover of things, my house is ever growing with stuff! My ongoing challenge of decluttering suddenly became so overwhelming that I realised I needed an objective person to come to my rescue and give it a final push. I knew full well what to do but am just too attached to all my things. I was lucky enough to find Katherine in my search to book someone immediately and she was definitely the right person for me. Firstly I immediately liked her energy and personality on the phone and during our initial useful skype consult. So I knew we would get on. Decluttering is very personal and would not work as well with someone who did not understand you and your space. She came for a 4 hour blitz session and boy does time fly. So we concentrated on the main areas and then discussed ideas for the others. I cleared out 20 bags for Oxfam and she came with me in the car to do drop off which - is very handy part of her service. She is full of energy and sympathy for the task at hand and although we both worked hard I felt a sense of achievement at the end of our session. You are then inspired to keep the process going where possible. And am sure I would love to have her again to tackle my small overspilling kitchen for another much needed blitz. We accumulate so many things over the years that a decluttering session is a much needed service to breathe you new life into your space.”

“Johanna was brilliant! She completely turned around my open-plan living room which had become a bit of a dumping ground for my kids' toys and all our...stuff. She has a really creative eye and a vision of space and how best to use it. She also spruced up some of my tired old furniture, including a mirror I was about to take to the dump which she sprayed gold (and which I now love), and I can honestly say I feel like I've moved house! I can truly recommend Johanna as a hard-working, speedy, creative person who has a great eye but is also a really good listener.”

“Helen is wonderful, wise and caring. She helped me make some amazing changes to my home. My living room and office were quite cluttered with stuff, some of which I was really struggling to let go of. Both rooms felt very stale and stuck. Helen came in with great energy and organisation and we made really fast progress. After we'd finished our work the energy of the space was really lifted and I felt a surge of positivity. “I have hired ClutterBug to help me declutter a house with 2 young kids that suffered from too much unused appliances, clothes, games, books and whatnot. The approach was extremely professional and friendly. I was surprised and how quickly she managed to help me sort out the clutter and helped me obtain a "clutter free" mind. After a few sessions (as 1 was definitely not enough!) the house looked amazing, the kids' rooms had space to play in, I donated few bags to charity, few to the big and I even managed to get some money back by selling old stuff on ebay! “I booked Marianne to organise my newborn daughter’s nursery. Having only recently welcomed my daughter into the world I was feeling overwhelmed with not just the amount of stuff we had bought her but also with how many gifts she had received. I wanted my new daughters room to be perfect and organised but knew that I would struggle to achieve this whilst looking after a newborn. At the initial consultation Marianne had so many great ideas and took note of everything I said I wanted for the room. She helped me find storage solutions and even some small furniture items within my budget. She also ordered and put the storage items together for me. I am so pleased with the end result, the room looks beautiful, everything has its own place and it’s easy to locate items. Marianne also made sure that I have space for new items which has made it really easy to keep the room organised. I love what she has done with some old craft items that I had stored away, organising them into a lovely box so that my daughter can use them when she grows up. I would recommend MarianneCan to anyone, she is so organised and professional, as well as friendly. She made the whole process so easy especially for someone who’s limited on time.”

“At the beginning of 2014, I had Patty (at Organise & Simple) help me with my kids room. We moved into a smaller flat but still had the same amount of kids things (clothes, toys, books, furniture etc.). I’m not good at streamlining or getting rid of things but that is Patty’s forte. She was great. She helped me prioritise what was important to keep and what we didn’t really need. She helped me get rid of the items we didn’t need and she helped find manageable space for everything we kept. Patty also helped me rearrange the room so it looks neater and seems bigger than it actually is. The Coups de gras, however, was that she labelled everything so now my kids know exactly where their stuff is and where it belongs once they used it! And, a year on, they put away their own things rather than dumping them on the floor! It’s FABULOUS. THANK YOU!!”

“Tracy has helped me many times over the years, and I think I must have known her for 10 years now! When I first contacted her I had reservations about letting someone into my home, making judgments and telling me what I should do. But Tracy's service is NOT like that at all. She did a full home audit and we chatted about what I hoped to achieve. For years I'd been frustrated by our storage area, a large room under the house which was hard to access and full of things we hadn't seen for years. We agreed to tackle it and Tracy suggested that to start with, we took everything out. I thought she was completely mad at this point. Three hours later we had done just that, assessed what was there, got rid of some of it, sorted some and made plans for the rest. It was like a massive weight had lifted from my shoulders. After that she helped me organise rooms, and filter through boxes of stuff. More recently she helped me prepare for a big move. It's always an absolute pleasure to see Tracy and she is very thoughtful in her approach. Her service is life changing and I am very grateful that I contacted Tracy all those years ago. Contact her now, you honestly won't regret it.”

“I had excellent service from Claire. I was feeling overwhelmed by my stuff and badly needed help organising and storing it. Claire has a wonderful energy, was practical, kind, endlessly patient and brilliant at seeing how thing could work and always checked with me how I felt and how things would work for me. I would reccomend her service to anyone. I felt completely different about my belongings and this has lasted since her input. I know that if I get overwhelmed again I will just give her a call. In fact I have already done so.”

“Do you feel buried under your possessions, so overwhelmed you want to run away? My husband and I are in our 60s and have been together almost 2/3rds of it. So excuse most of the Is and MYs as they should be WEs and OURs. I am trying to coax other like-minded sorts to exert both their bodies and wallets into the choice I made to hire Caroline if they live near me or find her clone if they are afar. That decision literally changed my life. Does that sound either too dramatic or like I'm inviting you to join a cult? Although I may not have been a horder in the clinical sense, I am no longer submerged under piles of, well piles. No longer do I feel too embarrassed to have anyone drop by. I can't say it has not been a lot of work and expense on my part. Caroline works side by side with you. Patiently guiding, persistently questioning. Even if she wanted to, how could she possibly go through my closet or kitchen cupboards and know what to keep? Once we set up a plan, she tirelessly and quickly set to transforming my piles into keep, trash, recycle, rehome etc.. Once that was under control, we set about restoring to their former glory all of the things remaining. It is now over two years later and, mostly due to Caroline, I am now finishing a massive home remodel. She even assisted in finding all of the professionals for this transformation. Without her prodding me along I never could have created this beautiful home. I have even started to improve other facets of my life. It's funny how getting one's possessions in order can have a knock-on effect. If we can't enjoy whatever we accumulated in life, why accumulate? Above all she is discreet and kindly patient. No job is too big or small for her assistance. Maybe it's just your closet or office or kitchen you need her skills for. Maybe it's preparing your home for your first baby, or your retirement. Above all I think everyone would agree my house looks like MY house, not Caroline's or my builder's but MINE. No declutter- organiser is doing their job if the end result is anyone's except the clients'.”
