MJ has helped me with small projects, like change over of closets for the seasons to packing and preparing my home for a major renovation. MJ has an uncanny way of encouraging you through the process of decluttering which can be daunting and emotional at times. “I have used Simply Done on several occasions, and can't say enough about Cindi! She is knowledgeable, organized, positive, helpful, spot on with deadlines/timing & budgets, communicative, has a great eye for details and what works well (is functional & practical), and goes above and beyond- always exceeding expectations! Cindi is simply terrific and I highly recommend her for any job inside and outside of your home!! Some of the projects that Simply Done/Cindi has done at my home include: 1) cleaning out / organizing bedroom closet-which was no small task. In a supportive, but firm way, she helped me release a lot of clothes I was holding onto (but not wearing) & helped organize everything in useful & functional ways (with ideas for keeping things streamlined), that now makes getting ready a pleasure! 2) window boxes, decorations & planters for spring, summer, fall & winter-gorgeous, welcoming & unique! She's also a wiz with outside plantings-shrubs, flowers, trees! 3) rearranging living room & entryway to feel warmer & more inviting-great suggestions that fit my lifestyle with 3 kids & pets, but still look (almost) like a magazine! Best of all, it has become one of our favorite family gathering spots after it's makeover! 4) the largest and longest of the jobs was cleaning and organizing my lower level-office, basement, storage room & game room. We had so much stuff! I was embarrassed to even let Cindi in to see our colossal mess. She said she had seen much worse and went right to work with a plan & strategy for purging, donating, saving. “Alisha..did a great presentation when she visited our home and really captured what we needed in the closets she designed. Having real color samples and samples of the actual material was a key factor in us choosing CC. She followed up with us and was willing to work with me in the final design and in meeting our budget. The 2 competitors that also bid on the job did not bring samples with them or brought color samples the size of a popsicle stick. They also did not have the same follow up or interest in doing the job.”
