Think tidy

I had the task of organising a clients wardrobe and Think tidy were meant to be doing the removal and whole house and organising packing and unpacking after the house move. Hardly anything was done, I felt I did most of the job myself . My task was to do the wardrobes which I did, no one was on hand when the wardrobes arrived and built but Think tidy charged the client as if they had done it. Marcella was so unprofessional doing the bare minimum work, just lazy and disorganised.. Do not use unless you are prepared to be ripped off.

A very bad experience and extremely stressful. There was poor time planning and much delegation to other service providers that I had to pay in addition to Think Tidy. Over charged, an exorbitant price for what was delivered. Left with the job unfinished. Even charged back for a cup of coffee after paying nearly £16,000 for an unfinished job and was left still disorganised and in chaos. Would not recommend.

My home was a real state after moving back after building work, with a load of stuff just dumped in my workroom in particular. Marcella helped me sort out the mountain of chaos. She was wonderfully calm, and - crucially - non-judgemental - taking a steady lead where I felt out of my depth, but also happy to switch to support mode in corners where I had a stronger vision of my own. The end result is calm, clear and a delight to work in. Thank you!
