“We were a little wary about signing up an interior designer for our extension project because most of the other professionals we used seemed to over-charge and tended to cease involvement as soon as they were paid. But Randa was different and undoubtedly the best value of any of the the professionals we used. To begin with she solved a problem with the interior walls that immediately saved us hundreds of pounds and overall she took the extra time and effort to see the project and her ideas through to completion. She was generous with her time, included a design for our kitchen even though that was not part of her remit and answered our questions promptly when we needed her advice. She also kept an eye open to make sure the builders weren't taking short-cuts and generally seemed to care. Some of her choices were good money-savers, sometimes her suggestions were too expensive for us but she was happy to recommend something different if it was not within budget.”

“I utilised Caroline’s two hour consultation service (£95) as I desperately needed some advice and ideas for my neglected 1930s hallway. As I don’t live locally, I gave Caroline some ideas and photos via text message about what I liked and didn’t like, my preferred colour palate, and what my priorities were. After some questions from Caroline and some very useful exercises looking at existing spaces and colours, and how we used the hall, she offered some simple solutions which were easily implemented. Simple things like changing the positioning of the existing lighting made a dramatic difference. Caroline then compiled a mood board for me on Pinterest with ideas for paint colours, storage solutions and suggestions for light fittings. She also made recommendations on how I could achieve a modern and coordinated hall that tied in with the existing 1930s features, yet wasn’t overly ‘matchy’. This was complemented with detailed information about sourcing items and recommending paint finishes. Caroline very cleverly sketched her ideas onto my original photo to give me an idea of what my hall could look like. This was really invaluable in helping me ‘see’ my new hall before I started work. I felt that Caroline very quickly ‘got’ what I was after. She was really friendly & approachable, responsive and offered really helpful, practical and straightforward suggestions. She didn’t impose her own tastes and encouraged me to develop my own. Initially I felt that I didn’t really know what I wanted but after conversations with Caroline, I began to gain confidence. I cannot recommend Caroline’s service highly enough. She was great fun to work with and the entire process was really enjoyable.”

“I hired the services of Moodesignz after a friends recommendation. Dory came for a consultation to discuss options for our 3 rooms which involved changing the use of 2 of them. I got 3D views and mood boards with plenty of product suggestions! Often with us picking the first item recommended. Overall the rooms flow together nicely and we have received many many complements on the design. It's like it fits your house style nicely so you feel you could have come up with it as not out there but in reality of course you couldn't that's why you hired Dory! Fully recommend.”

“We were living in Australia and looking to sell our house in Milton Keynes. The house had been let for over 5 years and was in need of some sprucing up. Unable to get back to the UK we were very daunted with the task that lay ahead. Thank goodness we found Lesley-Ann interiors! An initial contact via Skype confirmed she was the women for the job. With Lesley-Anns contacts our house was repainted inside and out, removal and fitting of a new carpet in the bedroom and dressing area, minor fixes inside as well as garden tidied, outside area jetwashed and roof repair. All competitively priced with a few discounts thrown in. The property was then ready for styling/staging. Lesley-Ann walked us through the process and was attentive to what we wanted and open to our suggestions, as well as organising everything. We’ve had weekly updates on progress , more when needed. When the property was ready to sell Lesley ann has continued to pop in weekly to ensure the property remains in tip top condition and has organised a weekly gardener. Lesley-ann has made the whole process stress free...which is priceless. Lesley-Ann service is worth every penny and is very competitively priced. we now have a number of offers on our property whilst others nearby are still waiting to be sold. I cannot sing her praises highly enough. Lesley-ann IS what you are looking for ....and more.”

“WOW, Catherine is amazing! I now totally love my stunning open living space and the whole family now wants to spend time together. I always thought I had a good eye for décor and design so was tempted to tackle myself but wanted some fresh ideas. Catherine gave me options, ideas and really challenged my thinking about what I wanted to create. I never thought I would live in a home like this, and it has brought the entire family together to relax and enjoy in pure luxury! Even my older children want to chill out with us now! It’s not just the materials, textures and colours she helped with, Catherine helped create more space, lighting with features and accessories that I’d never have found. Catherine is so positive and creative - she made sure everything was perfect. I can’t thank Catherine enough – she is friendly and bubbly and a true professional, friendly, always taking time to listen and then comes up with the most amazing suggestions. “I was very impressed with Annette Henry at Gage property interiors who demonstrated professionalism and commitment throughout this property development project. She helped me to source the opportunity on Marylands road, Maida Vale and undertake a full reconfiguration and refurbishment of this three-bedroom lower ground floor flat. Annie has a fantastic creative eye for interior design; styling the flat by utilising and enhancing the flow of light throughout the property, which I thought was amazing, given the complexity of the project. Also my involvement was kept to minimum as she project managed the whole scheme from start to finish; regularly keeping me up-to-date with progress and dealing with all the snagging issues which i fully appreciated. I will certainly be using Annie and Gage Interiors for my next scheme.”
