I had a very specific idea of Victoria/ industrial/ minimalist and most importantly on a budget! She took my vision and surpassed anything I could have hoped for! Firstly the artwork she picked was perfect for my taste. Secondly, any random idea I had she sourced and mocked up for me, nothing was too much for her. She was an absolute joy to work with and I am in love with the rooms she has made for me, I will definitely be using her services in the future!”

“We had three large rooms that we wanted to completely refurbish, but weren’t sure what we wanted to do. Joanna was recommended by another contractor working in the house. She worked with us to help us understand style and flow and she put together plans and mood boards to show us how the rooms could be laid out and how they could look. When we agreed on the general style of the rooms she turned the drawings in to 3D renders so we could see the result and were very comfortable to proceed. She continued to work with us on the project, making us a complete construction pack for the building team with schedules and electrical drawings and smart layouts so that everyone had drawings to work from. Joanna then helped us to buy all our furniture for the project using her trade connections to get us really good prices. We are having a break before starting the next phase and Joanna will work on us with that as soon as we are ready. She offers a great service, we are very glad we found her!”

She created a design for an open plan living space which included all the elements we as a family had asked for. She helped us to choose and stylize the final finishes from floor to ceiling. The soft furnishings she helped us to choose have allowed us to maximize the space and ensured we maintain a unique style. We felt included in the plans right from the start so that now the the alterations and and final finish are complete we all feel we have a space we can each identify with and call our own.”

“We were very pleased with our Kitchen from Lacuna - it was exactly what we wanted and they made it very easy with two young kids and a puppy in the mix. The units were all built off-site which meant less time installing. Very pleased with our modern handless grey doors! Nice to support a local business rather than one of the bigger chains too, and I feel like we got a more bespoke service (and, for the record, we had a small budget which they were able to work with!).”

We had ideas for our bedroom but were unable to pull them together to create the right look. Lisa seemed to understand immediately what I was looking for and find the right colour scheme and furniture to achieve that look. She is also very personable and professional in her manner.”
